They need to end child support period, or at least allow the parent to opt. out of it without the other parents consent. If the parent wants to be involved and have rights to their child then make them pay. But if they want to opt out and not be involved they should have every God given right, and custody and the full rights should go to the parent that wants the kid, and if neither parent wants the responsibility the state should take the kid like they always do.
@u2hubbard No parent should have the option to "opt out" of their responsibilities. Imagine how many more children would be born just to be abandoned by one or both of their parents. The father would just go on to sire more unwanted children, and the mother would dump the child when she realizes that the "payday" would not suffice. As it is, States resist awarding Child Support payments from mothers to fathers because she will simply not work. States can not collect that way. Simple economics.

It is sad that Title IV-D declares open season on fathers, it pays women to have children for minimal financial gain. i pay child suppor at first it was 130 a week .then i get a letter telling me that i owe 7 weeks of payments so it went up too 160 a week . i had no clue why... the basterds never posted the payments they garnished from my checks... and i payed a extra 1000 .i went to coourt to get the money they owe me and was told fuck off!! and yea im still paying 160 a week they never brought it back down to the original court order..

Let me explain why its happening. There is a section in a Social Security law Called Title 4 part D. Under this law that was written around 1980 the states get money to fund programs involving child support by virtue of how many cases they have. This is why they don't often grant joint custody. This also gives incentive for states to keep thing the way they are. The counties are more than happy to throw people in jail to make money off of them.....
The bar association(lawyers) under the guise of domestic violence says fathers having joint custody is a bad idea. Why would they do that? Because one third or more of lawyers money come from divorce, custody and support. So every chance they get they try to block changes in the laws. The only ones making big money are the lawyers at $160/hr+. They try to make things as hard as they can for you and drag the process out to make more money off of you.....

They need to end child support period, or at least allow the parent to opt. out of it without the other parents consent. If the parent wants to be involved and have rights to their child then make them pay. But if they want to opt out and not be involved they should have every God given right, and custody and the full rights should go to the parent that wants the kid, and if neither parent wants the responsibility the state should take the kid like they always do.

@u2hubbard No parent should have the option to "opt out" of their responsibilities. Imagine how many more children would be born just to be abandoned by one or both of their parents. The father would just go on to sire more unwanted children, and the mother would dump the child when she realizes that the "payday" would not suffice. As it is, States resist awarding Child Support payments from mothers to fathers because she will simply not work. States can not collect that way. Simple economics.

But if she decides to keep it and the dad is not around they can go after him for child support. Why should the child be entitled to the dad but not the mom? It is sad that Title IV-D declares open season on fathers, it pays women to have children for minimal financial gain. The really sad part is that the State uses women for their wombs and ability to give birth and cheats them out of the proceeds. Both mothers and fathers are used by the State to generate revenue and the children suffer. I want equality but that State wants revenue. Guess who reigns supreme?

i pay child suppor at first it was 130 a week .then i get a letter telling me that i owe 7 weeks of payments so it went up too 160 a week . i had no clue why... the basterds never posted the payments they garnished from my checks... and i payed a extra 1000 .i went to coourt to get the money they owe me and was told fuck off!! and yea im still paying 160 a week they never brought it back down to the original court order..

They limit the amount of time fathers have with their children so they can increase the amount of support. Let's say: everyone of them pays at least $50 a week
That is 200$ a month.
Child Services, automatic get's 10% on top of that amount and that is 20$a month, for collecting 200$.
Each week for Transaction is 5% so now 5% of 55$ a week is over $2,50 cents.
in a Month that is $10.
So $10+$20=30$x25,000,000 =$750,000,000(mil). so $750,000,000 mil, a Month Just on Transactions and fee's, for 1 child, based on 50$ a week.

Let me explain why its happening. There is a section in a Social Security law Called Title 4 part D. Under this law that was written around 1980 the states get money to fund programs involving child support by virtue of how many cases they have. This is why they don't often grant joint custody. This also gives incentive for states to keep thing the way they are. The counties are more than happy to throw people in jail to make money off of them.....

The bar association(lawyers) under the guise of domestic violence says fathers having joint custody is a bad idea. Why would they do that? Because one third or more of lawyers money come from divorce, custody and support. So every chance they get they try to block changes in the laws. The only ones making big money are the lawyers at $160/hr+. They try to make things as hard as they can for you and drag the process out to make more money off of you.....

In prison, men can not do harm, civil liberties are gone, can not vote, and can not be DRAFTED to goto Wars. Disabled, men are incapable or of-doing harm, get plenty of social benefits, get to vote, and can not be DRAFTED to goto Wars. these type of systems can not be stopped, but only slowed down. i'd suggest all dads, give-up their lively-hood, stop working, build-up in arrears, and demand to goto prison longterm, refuse to leave prison until demands are met. let women work and take over everything. let them pay for the entire state bill, especially, building and maintaining larger and larger prisons. let the kids sue the state, CSA. watch the national debt rise, and courts and CSA start to change.
