That first shot shows how good Fedor is at anticipating and exploding... He was a fuckin beast in these days but I think his true prime was in 04' or 05'

brett broke his nose while punching the crap outta fedor. I don't see how the man takes shots like that and then still stay up. I mean there is a point in the fight where I think brett knocked him out for a second before he bounched back.
@bennayboi01 does it fucking matter??? he did throw the jab and it DID land on fedor's nose, and IT DID do damage !!! So stop being so Fedorholic and sometimes it is ok to criticize fedor and reflect on his mistakes ... you are not gonna go to hell I promise... Dumb ass
id say he beat sobral fairly easily. i also thought it looked like he was takin it easy on him. could have done much more damage if he punched him in the face and wasnt so focused on workin the body
Jesus! Judging by the video quality, if I didn't know any better, I would say this was filmed in the 70's! I didn't even see how he won! Was it a guillotine choke?
lol a heavy weight who fights light heavy weights? wtf is wrong with people... did you know brock lesnar prolly weighed about 60 pounds more then everyone he has fought in ufc
who are you trying to describe here? cause it cant be fedor, he has fought 3 guys heavier then brock, and im pretty sure he isn't scared of anyone in the world, he has been making a living off of winning fights for the last 10 years, and realistically has never lost a fight in his whole career, but im sure after going 30-1-1 with a bullshit loss he must be scared ya thats it, it must be fear, has nothing to do with money or that m1 controls where he goes since he is under contract with them
Every time I hear bad mouth that Fedor can't take a punch or he's too slow or too fat or too weak or only fighting little guys...every time I read something like that, I find a video where he took heavy punches, got dropped on his head, fought bigger guys, younger guys, more experienced guys and, faster guys etc etc ...and he beats all of them. The most recent was against big bruiser Brett Rogers who still got dropped. Let's see Lesnar beat Rogers by knock out. And UFC is Walmart big and cheap.
Ha Matt lindland is a natural middleweight. Fedor needs to fight some real people before he is the greatest. Brett Rodgers was supposed to fight kimbo next? haha its a joke really. Fedor is awesome but...pound for pound best in the world....NO SHOT!
It's the contract Fedor's manager makes all of the companies he fights for sign. and he also goes with companies that offer him fight to fight contracts instead of a 1 year or x amount of fights contract. But if Dana Whyte really wanted to see them fight all he has to do is host a UFC event in Russia. because that same contract states any fighting event held in Russia he can participate in.
are you aware that you just made absolutely no sense? he has already fought in the UFC haha. i hate his roided ass so im not defending him, jus though i would let you know of your ignorance
That's his fight ever professional MMA fight, its interesting to see his former Russian Top Team coach is with him, the really tall fella he had a falling out with after Pride 26.
Fedor! Great fighter and such a nice guy too! Read in a good martial arts' book called From Lee to Li that his family were so poor that he and his brother had to share coat. Now look at him. Power of spirit...
I also saw in a documentary that now that he has all this money,he sees every opponent as a person who is trying to take away his money, and that gives him even more determination to win :)
The quality is bad and I can't tell if it was a TKO or a Tap Out.
Btw to the guys below somefurther explanation of Feders only loss seems to be needed: He fought Kohsaka in a tournament and so the fght had to produce a clear winner and so no contest wasnt allowed, Feder had to stop fighting as an illegal Elbow accidentally caught him in the face, Feder pulled out but was definitely not out classed he proved himself to be the better fighter in the rematch
I still fail to see how it would have been a loss if it was any other fight.... it wouldn't be a no contest. It would be a tko. How do you think Babalu won the strikeforce belt? I understand un-padded elbows were illegal in this tournament, but anywhere else, any other fight.....they aren't. TKO>NC
i kno what u mean but because elbows arent allowed u dont expect them so the way u fight is different. ive never fought mma but have fought thai boxing n when u fight under full thai rules and amateur rules (with no elbows or knees to the head) it does change the way u fight alot. like in cage rage they dont have elbows and ground n pound is very different. if i was fighting n it was no elbows and the guy elbowed me n it was a fight ender id xpect a nc or a dq
i dont like mma style of fighting. They most wrestle.Only few good fights. If that would be like in undisputed 2,that would be fucking sport...now,i think boks is better. But box from past, now its shit 2

I admit it...Fedor has no mma loss. Pay no attention to sherdog, or mmauniverse, the official fedor site, or anything else that lists his record for that matter. The officially licensed Fedor world tour shirts that has his loss on the back are lies as well. But yes, Fedor has no mma loss. Regardless of what Fedor himself believes. I mean, tradcath said so, it must be true.
fedor lost a fight due to a cut above his eye causing stoppage due to the nature of the tournament, the two later had a rematch and fedor whooped the shit outta him.
IHO anyone who can stand with cro cop and beat him is the greatest fighter in history
It's official, TradCath is just another wannabe mma fan. An "ultimate fighter" era guy. He knows nothing about shit, and says shit about everything. Fedor has a loss. I never once said anyone just came out and whooped his ass. So, TradCath, you sir, can suck butter from my fucking ass.
he has a loss on his record. But he didn't really lose that fight. If it were any other fight it would have been deemed a no contest. It was an illegal strike that ended up in a cut that stopped the fight. The only reason it was a loss was because it was tournament setting and a winner and loser had to be named. Since fedor could not medically continue he was ruled the loser and TK the winner.
Actually fedor has lose one fight but the fight he lost wasnt really fair. He only lost because they stopped it due to a cut so he has never lose by tap out, Ko, or decesion so in my opinoin I still consider him unbeaten.
He was cut by an elbow in that fight which was an illegal strike. The ref missed it therefore fedor lost on cuts when it should have been a no contest or disqualification
Arona soundly lost that fight. Remember, it was RINGS rules, not 10 point must. Arona kept charging in and Fedor defended. Fedor landed far more effective strikes too.
Dancing around the issue? The issue was whether or not he had a loss on his record. Which he does. Look up Fedor's record on any site you like....that second number means losses...and yes, there will be a 1 on every site. It's a loss. Big fucking deal. Don't get me wrong, he is the greatest mma fighter ever, but goddamn....get off his sack. The dude got beat. Doesn't mean the world is gonna end.
Check out Fedor's myspace, he's wearing a shirt that has his record on the back of it. Right there at the bottom it says "loss" next to the fight w/ kohsaka. I can't say it any plainer, the loss is there. TradCath: actually know what the fuck your talking about before you open your mouth. Job well done at succeeding in being the biggest dumb fuck to post so far.
he's 30-0-1 he didnt lose a fight he got a no contest for a bash of the heads in the furst round just back in the day they used to say if you got a cut the opponent won but now if they do its a draw or a NC
30-0-1 ? No....not really. Fedor has a loss. It came from Tsuyoshi Kohsaka back in 2000 from an elbow that cut him open. If you count the above fight, then Fedor is 30-1(1) The headbutt was from the fight w/ Antonio R. Nogueira thats where the NC comes in.
Also, that 1 loss is his only MMA loss, but he's been beaten in other forums of fighting. He's lost 4 times in different Judo Championships, and 4 different times in Sambo championships. So you could say that fedor has 9 losses, only 1 coming from his mma career.
i meant in his mma career, the NC was from the cut with noguiera and also his "loss" was from a cut in 17 secs with a jap geez right at the start of his career. only reason it counts as a loss is because of the difference in rules from then and now
no actually his mma record is 30-0-1, yes he did lose to kohsaka but it was due to an illegal elbow, but technically his professional mma record is 30-0-1
Again...if you count this fight on his pro mma record then his record is 30-1(1)
How can you say that he lost but has no loss on his record? That loss to Kohsaka happened in a tournament where there were no draws or DQ's. There had to be a loser and Fedor was it because he couldn't go on. So, as far as technicality is concerned... 30-1(1) (again, only if you count the above fight) hence the reason he is listed by everyone with that loss.
We all know that different brands have different rules. There is no universally agreed upon list of rules in mma. I'm sure Fedor knew the rules, and would not have been fighting had he not agreed to them. It doesn't matter what the differences between today's rules and the rules 9 years ago were. Those were the rules at the time it happened. Besides, if he got cut like that now, it would be a loss. So really, the whole argument for the difference in rules doesn't make sense.
frank mir is gonna fuck up lesnar again he didnt get lucky submitting lesnar with the knee bar look at all his fights its what he does hes going to break lesnars arm this time
Martin wasn't at all ready for this type of match. He was not even trying to punch, always looking for the take down and wrestle Fedor. It's not a wrestling match...
Atleast he performed better than Apostolov(the other bulgarian fighter in Rings).
sike lesnar is like a fucking sponge he has picked up so much. by the time they fought he would have a lot more knowledge and experience. he would man handle him and once his skilz are better it would be a good fight and he has the best chance to come out on top. lesnar would win. not right now but by the time they had a chance to fight he would
I hope they get to go at it someday...that way a wizard and a professor won't have to do battle ;) lesnar is surely the top contender, he's like a human/grizzlybear hybrid!
i know it would be a great fight. well thats what they said about the fedor-silvia fight too, but lesnar wouldnt get his ass kicked like that it would be much closer and he would have a good shot to come out on top
Lesnar is a good fighter, but his strengths don't matchup very well with Fedor, even if Fedor weren't such a monster fighter. Lesnar couldn't stand with him, Fedor punches way too good and hard for that. Lesnar could comfortably take it to the ground, and then try to lay and pray and/or ground and pound his way to victory. But I simply don't see that Lesnar could make it through 3, let alone 5 rounds on top of Fedor without being submitted. Lesnars Jiu Jitsu just wouldn't hold up that long.
i agree with you. if they fought in a few months that would be the story, but like i said lesnar is improving so much every day. hes only been training for a few years and has beaten heath herring badly, fucked frank mir up but got excited and got caught. he messed both of them up standing up and on the ground except for the one submission with mir. another things lesnar has that nobody else has in heavyweight like he does is his power.
hes the biggest strongest heavyweight there is. thats why the fight would not last three or five rounds. his skills will be much better when they get the chance to fight
duh???? he hasn't proven himself yet, his 2 wins where against a washed up Herring and a Randy Couture way way passed his prime, look at his chicken legs, if Mir, Nog and Fedor ever get a chance to grab that, it's all over
he kicked mir's ass but he got overexcited and walked into a kneebar. he will be much more cautious next time. he fights mir next anyway and hes gonna fuck him up real bad.we'll see what happens after that
First of all I would like to say a big hello to all those Fedor fans who live licking his ass and believe that he is God and unbeatable. The greatest fighter of the moment and that will be remembered for ever is the great AKEBONO selected by the New York sports magazine THE OCTAGON as the number one mma fighter in the world there decision was reached upon this video on the youtube:AKEBONO THE BEST AROUND
he has fought in over 100 fights, but most of them aren't on the list as they were not at the pro level. Apparently he has been fighting since kindergarten, no joke.
Is that Fedor's father in red tracksuit at round 6:00 looks like him..

It's official, TradCath is just another wannabe mma fan. An "ultimate fighter" era guy. He knows nothing about shit, and says shit about everything. Fedor has a loss. I never once said anyone just came out and whooped his ass. So, TradCath, you sir, can suck butter from my fucking ass.
tarthmagus 2 years ago
he has a loss on his record. But he didn't really lose that fight. If it were any other fight it would have been deemed a no contest. It was an illegal strike that ended up in a cut that stopped the fight. The only reason it was a loss was because it was tournament setting and a winner and loser had to be named. Since fedor could not medically continue he was ruled the loser and TK the winner.
youbetzler 2 years ago
yes he has asshole... 1 loss
philochko 2 years ago
FEDOR es el mejor! es imparableee! :D
ToxysteM 2 years ago
Actually fedor has lose one fight but the fight he lost wasnt really fair. He only lost because they stopped it due to a cut so he has never lose by tap out, Ko, or decesion so in my opinoin I still consider him unbeaten.
skaterguy94 2 years ago
He was cut by an elbow in that fight which was an illegal strike. The ref missed it therefore fedor lost on cuts when it should have been a no contest or disqualification
UGRection 2 years ago
the fight against TK should have been a no contest. but the fight for Arona should have been loss for fedor.
esteburrito 2 years ago
u wish...arona didnt beat fedor ...what fight were u watching?
soncalero 2 years ago
Arona soundly lost that fight. Remember, it was RINGS rules, not 10 point must. Arona kept charging in and Fedor defended. Fedor landed far more effective strikes too.

Dancing around the issue? The issue was whether or not he had a loss on his record. Which he does. Look up Fedor's record on any site you like....that second number means losses...and yes, there will be a 1 on every site. It's a loss. Big fucking deal. Don't get me wrong, he is the greatest mma fighter ever, but goddamn....get off his sack. The dude got beat. Doesn't mean the world is gonna end.
tarthmagus 2 years ago
Check out Fedor's myspace, he's wearing a shirt that has his record on the back of it. Right there at the bottom it says "loss" next to the fight w/ kohsaka. I can't say it any plainer, the loss is there. TradCath: actually know what the fuck your talking about before you open your mouth. Job well done at succeeding in being the biggest dumb fuck to post so far.

stop trying to be original and start hugging fedors nuts now!!

The fight is "not listed"? I guess you don't know crap
Smiterbg 2 years ago
so he's 31-1(0)
Unvalid626 2 years ago
33-1(0)
Nizmonutz 2 years ago
he's 30-0-1 he didnt lose a fight he got a no contest for a bash of the heads in the furst round just back in the day they used to say if you got a cut the opponent won but now if they do its a draw or a NC
50006972 2 years ago
30-0-1 ? No....not really. Fedor has a loss. It came from Tsuyoshi Kohsaka back in 2000 from an elbow that cut him open. If you count the above fight, then Fedor is 30-1(1) The headbutt was from the fight w/ Antonio R. Nogueira thats where the NC comes in.
tarthmagus 2 years ago
Also, that 1 loss is his only MMA loss, but he's been beaten in other forums of fighting. He's lost 4 times in different Judo Championships, and 4 different times in Sambo championships. So you could say that fedor has 9 losses, only 1 coming from his mma career.
tarthmagus 2 years ago
i meant in his mma career, the NC was from the cut with noguiera and also his "loss" was from a cut in 17 secs with a jap geez right at the start of his career. only reason it counts as a loss is because of the difference in rules from then and now
so he's really 30-0-2
which is what i meant to put in the first place
50006972 2 years ago
no actually his mma record is 30-0-1, yes he did lose to kohsaka but it was due to an illegal elbow, but technically his professional mma record is 30-0-1
Pekeno201 2 years ago
Again...if you count this fight on his pro mma record then his record is 30-1(1)
How can you say that he lost but has no loss on his record? That loss to Kohsaka happened in a tournament where there were no draws or DQ's. There had to be a loser and Fedor was it because he couldn't go on. So, as far as technicality is concerned... 30-1(1) (again, only if you count the above fight) hence the reason he is listed by everyone with that loss.
tarthmagus 2 years ago
We all know that different brands have different rules. There is no universally agreed upon list of rules in mma. I'm sure Fedor knew the rules, and would not have been fighting had he not agreed to them. It doesn't matter what the differences between today's rules and the rules 9 years ago were. Those were the rules at the time it happened. Besides, if he got cut like that now, it would be a loss. So really, the whole argument for the difference in rules doesn't make sense.

Martin wasn't at all ready for this type of match. He was not even trying to punch, always looking for the take down and wrestle Fedor. It's not a wrestling match...
Atleast he performed better than Apostolov(the other bulgarian fighter in Rings).

lesnar would

808wiz 2 years ago 2
sike lesnar is like a fucking sponge he has picked up so much. by the time they fought he would have a lot more knowledge and experience. he would man handle him and once his skilz are better it would be a good fight and he has the best chance to come out on top. lesnar would win. not right now but by the time they had a chance to fight he would
professorskilz 2 years ago
I hope they get to go at it someday...that way a wizard and a professor won't have to do battle ;) lesnar is surely the top contender, he's like a human/grizzlybear hybrid!
808wiz 2 years ago
i know it would be a great fight. well thats what they said about the fedor-silvia fight too, but lesnar wouldnt get his ass kicked like that it would be much closer and he would have a good shot to come out on top
professorskilz 2 years ago
Lesnar is a good fighter, but his strengths don't matchup very well with Fedor, even if Fedor weren't such a monster fighter. Lesnar couldn't stand with him, Fedor punches way too good and hard for that. Lesnar could comfortably take it to the ground, and then try to lay and pray and/or ground and pound his way to victory. But I simply don't see that Lesnar could make it through 3, let alone 5 rounds on top of Fedor without being submitted. Lesnars Jiu Jitsu just wouldn't hold up that long.
myconpodship 2 years ago
i agree with you. if they fought in a few months that would be the story, but like i said lesnar is improving so much every day. hes only been training for a few years and has beaten heath herring badly, fucked frank mir up but got excited and got caught. he messed both of them up standing up and on the ground except for the one submission with mir. another things lesnar has that nobody else has in heavyweight like he does is his power.
professorskilz 2 years ago
hes the biggest strongest heavyweight there is. thats why the fight would not last three or five rounds. his skills will be much better when they get the chance to fight
professorskilz 2 years ago
duh???? he hasn't proven himself yet, his 2 wins where against a washed up Herring and a Randy Couture way way passed his prime, look at his chicken legs, if Mir, Nog and Fedor ever get a chance to grab that, it's all over
vinztheprince69 2 years ago
he kicked mir's ass but he got overexcited and walked into a kneebar. he will be much more cautious next time. he fights mir next anyway and hes gonna fuck him up real bad.we'll see what happens after that

All the sport fighters who sparred with Bruce said theyd put their life on the line that noone would have beaten Bruce.
Fedor is a sport fighter and he echoed their thoughts exactly.

This fight is really not listed on his record.Did he have any other fight that wasnt listed?
superpupertoshi 3 years ago
he has fought in over 100 fights, but most of them aren't on the list as they were not at the pro level. Apparently he has been fighting since kindergarten, no joke.
