It was pretty clear that he should have been more patient. His own spotter says watch what you're doing. David got a bug up his ass thinking he was Ricky Bobby or some shit. Even watching the replay, you knew there was no chance that David was gonna clear all of them without wrecking.
David Gilliland is a fucking idiot. His own spotter basically said, "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!" about that incident. I was really surprised that they didn't kick the shit out of David for that.
