Don't know about your country but in mine that was an illegal crossing, you can't just jump in front of oncoming traffic and hope that everyone stops instantly. Even the lorry driver who had a clear line of sight was taken by surprize. If I was driving, I'd wait for him to come to his senses and kick the crap out of him until he fixed my windshield :)
