  • this made me so hungry.. i love dried cranberries in everything...i would recommend substituting the organic honey with organic honey that is raw, unheated, unpasturized.. you may have to mix longer because it tends to be the consistency of fresh peanut butter.

  • cute, but yeah it is important to eat often, I eat 5-6 times a day, especially for the energy, and it keeps your matabolizm up, I eat between 2-3 hours in the day. and it's usually the same thing everyday, I just snack in between my main meals, breakfast, lunch, etc...

    now i eat 5-6 times a day; like she said - smaller portions

  • really simple recipe for a morning shake or after workout shake.. 1 banana, 1 squeeze of honey and 1 cup vanilla almond milk. or regular almond milk. but i like the added sweetness of the vanilla. love having that in the morning!

  • just letting you know, tuna isn't actually that good for you, because of the high levels of heavy metals. Also, it's better to have raw honey, as it's got more good enzymes, plus it's got a lower GI... Great recipe though

  • depends on how much of it you eat a day, could last you a few days, but the tuna can go bad fast so its always best to prepare all you food for the day in the morning and repeat that everyday, reduces waste.
