What cooking method do people cook Picorocos? I wonder if it's eaten raw.

no, you just can eat the picorocor, cooked in hot water or you can put it on a barbecue...In both cases it is delicious Besides here in Chile you can try it as ponche, the boiled picoroco with white wine prcesed. good too
