She had no drugs or alcohol in her system, wasn't speeding, talking on a cell phone or blasting music. The woman who passed had pot in her system and had hit another care before Brandy hit her. Apparently, there have been a lot of deaths/accidents on the road she was driving. It happened back in Dec. 2006. She wouldn't be driving so soon. They investigated it for a year.

I'd guess for just about anyone who was in a situation like that, it would stay with them forever, regardless if they are seen smiling a couple of years after it happened. You have to try and move on and live the rest of your life, but you probably would not forget about it. I believe she does feel bad about what happened, but what else can she do? The one person she needs to have forgiveness from is God. And her situation was not like Nick's.
