Actually you are wrong. The US does not NEED Mexico for oil or crops. It is part of importing and exporting, which is fact. But as for need, we do not need them. We are rich in oil if we drill. We grow our own crops with no problem. True and in actuality the US government also helped build the Cartels. The CIA and other agencys profit from the cartels. The government left the border practicaly wide open for decades to get cheaper labor and raise crime because crime means more money. Actually you are wrong. The US does not NEED Mexico for oil or crops. It is part of importing and exporting, which is fact. But as for need, we do not need them. We are rich in oil if we drill. We grow our own crops with no problem. I have a dear friend who lives in Mexico City. She was with me when I was on chemotherapy in San Antonio. I don't want anything to happen to her! What should I tell her to do?

Nothing my friend, she will have to face whatever comes, just as we all do in life. If she hasn't said anything about any problems with drug cartel in her area, then don't be concerned.

Quart: Mexico City is much safer than the Northern border so your friend is probably gonna be okay! i have heard that it is safer right now in Bagdad than it is in some northern Mexican cities like Ciudad Juarez.

what are you talking about ur crazy juarez is no where near as violent as any place in iraq.... stop spreading the gossip because you don't even know anything most of your info is overly exaggerated.... and to who ever uploaded this video i'd advice you to take this video down this is just such utter nonsense the violence is bad but nowhere near war scale like in iraq... toll of dead bodies account to almost 1600 in 2008 in ciudad juarez alone. juarez accounts to 1/4 of all murders in mexico

the spike in violence is caused because the major leaders in "la linea" have been taken out by mexican law enforcement ever since felipe calderon took office there has been an extremely harsh policy against organized crime... the spike in the violence is because smaller groups of narcos who had been opressed by the previous group that was on top are trying to cimp to the top and control two northern mexican states "durango and chihuahua"
