Why dont we get rid of the real waste by eliminating 100% of all Consultants for the State, and cut all Middle managment from the State and every fat ass person who sits behind a desk and looks at e-mails all day long. I think .... that ...the high taxes in Cali also contributing to harshness of poverty in California . Not everyone can afford higher taxes ..non profit organizations will have to handle the responsibilities ..unfortunately, because of higher taxes and more layoff... and businesses are suffocating with regulations... contribution to the non profit and faith base program are waaaayyyy down and they dont have the money either. Layoff and forclosure definetely contribute to more homelessness..
