yeah, but in some ways I'm thankful other people listen to hip hop/rap, mainstream pop and mainstream dance- it makes trance that much more special. I think it's a good thing that trance hasn't become too mainstream, or it would become commercial, and would be too marketed. I don't know about you, but I don't want Jonas Brothers and Twilight obsessed 13 year old girls commenting 'omg, i totally love above & beyond, they're, like, awesome lol'. Let other people have their awful mainstream music.

Ok so I live in Dallas, Texas and people here are SO ANNOYING music-wise. All you hear is Rap, Hip Hop, and Spanish. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy SOME of it. But what really annoys the hell out of me is the fact that when people here this or I show my peers TRANCE, they automatically perceive that it's TECHNO. IDIOTS. Am I the only one? Anyways, this, to me, is what music should be like. I mean just FEEL THE SONG, let alone hear it. It's magical. Heavenly even. THIS is MUSIC.

@israel570 Yeah, thats right. I guess, thats not just the case in Texas. I just moved from Portland OR, to San Diego, have to say that people have really no taste there. I hear more of pank rock. I don't know if I will be able to meet any good trance pals in San Diego, just to share positive feelings, because trance = positive energy everywhere around you. Plus speedlimit tickets on occasional basis especially if its Cosmic gate or Markus Schulz's progressive:)
