This is classic rock/jazz fusion at its best. Listen and you will hear Miles Davis and John Coltrane in there deep. The Allman Brothers Band were masters. This is likely their very best performance.

@elpelao2011 Yeah, unfortunately the only official release that "comes close" is the Eat a Peach Deluxe, but it's not this very same performance I'm afraid.

So, what we're listening is considered a Bootleg, and who knows if they'll ever release a proper disc, in "high def".

Like we must different idea's of what a guitar solo is... Like I agree with Jessica, but pretty much every Blues song I've ever heard has better solos then your list... O well I did discover some new tunes that I havent heard much at all...

i closed my eyes and listened to this. its as close to perfection as humanly possible. i'm sad thinking about what might have been, but truely amazed at what they did. duane and barry might be gone but they will never be forgotten.
