It's not even capoeira kicks, which could at least allow some leniency on the name, but it's you doing a kick then landing in the splits or some cross legged pose..? In capoeira, if you're in a roda, and you land cross legged, not only have you done something wrong, but you will PROBABLY be kicked in the head.

Not only strength, but speed, flexibility, and balance. you could learn the basic spin kicks and jflips in a couple of months, assuming that you start in reasonable shape, but to polish the moves to look good, or to be able to use them with the speed and precision you would need to fight would take the better part of a year...
