Part 1: God did create the devil to tempt us. The bible describes a war with the devil, but if God created the devil why it should be a war with this week evil spirit. God can destroy him at any time. The bible mentions about falling angel Lucifer but this angel cant be the devil because God created the devil to tempt us. If the devil is a falling angel it means the devil on his own & wasnt created and God is not tempting us. It means we are under invasion by the devil, not under temptation.
