You all need to read Pauline Gedge's book based on Hatshepsut - it is called.

"Child of the Morning". It's a fascinating read - set up like novel following her life.... very easy to read, explores Hatshetsut's relationship with Senmut... Other than events as they were known in early 90's most of it is fictional, but it has good bones.

it's difficult for me to take an archaeologist seriously after seeing them on a talk show of this sort.

then again, she's probably one of the more attractive female archaeologists i've seen, so i can't blame her for showing up dressed like that.

Years ago,Craig did a series called "the Dirt Detective" which looked at archeology in UK.

So I'm kinda annoyed that he keeps interrupting her with a cheap joke when in another life history was a real interest of his.
