Uh...It's a twin turbo 454. He usually runs with wheelie bars but he took them off for fun on this run. This car runs mid to low 8's in the quarter.

Supercharges offer more uniform hp-increase throughout rpm range, while most cheap turbos lag at first and then kick in at a higher rpm. New innovative turbos have almost no lag. People will argue this subject forever, but it depends how you want to invest your money, what you feel comfortable with, and how you want to set up your car. I have a 468 motor and noticed more hp increase with my supercharger, but it is higher end than my turbo kit!
