  • go to the vintage typewriter shoppe they have 1 and 1/2 ribbons and many more

  • I think the no. 10 was the last "blind" writer. Great video, enjoyed it thoroughly!

  • @maartenrijs3 The Remington No. 10 was the first visible writer. The Remington No. 9 was the last blindwriter, basically a No. 7 with various other languages.

  • Where can you get a ribbon for one of these? I'm looking to buy one but it needs a new ribbon.

  • @Ponz67 Remington Blindwriters take a wide ribbon (I believe 1-inch). There are companies online that produce reproduction typewriter ribbons.

  • My dad just found one of these in a building he owns. How much would it be worth?

  • @KitsuneMinto Anywhere from 50-100 dollars, possibly even more.

  • @jmorton528 Thank you very much!

  • why does the commentator sound like a speak and say half the time

  • @OptomisCrashdown It is a computerised voice. It is easy to use that voice than to use a narrator.

  • @jmorton528 I believe the appropriate term here is "shit's weak"

  • Beautiful man. I saw one of those right after I moved here. It was in the window of a insurance company thing. Although I think that it'll be hard to find a ribbon for that. Good luck.

  • It is harder to find a ribbon as wide as it is. I do know some people, though.

  • Please leave a comment. Thanks!
