@neopc14 no that last landing is pretty tough on your knees. You probably have a little bit of tendinitis. Instead of landing like that, try just going into another jump but not really jumping so you stop gradually
@daballa100 no difference, I'm just putting 3 and 5 hop in my program charts, and I wanted to add the part about keeping track of your distance, so I redid the video.
