It looks cool...even if it is made simple...I think You also used color shifts ? And mapping technics (using more than one graphic map and switching between them ? And change drawing ? Only drawing the shapes different to the previous image ?

The effects are the usual stuff (although very imperfect due to being it's first instances - it was our first demo). Mainly mappings, some fades and shifts and one not so bad "comanche" effect (the idea taken from the game). If you are interrested in specific part please give the time-frame.
That spinning triangle at 0:22-0:31 looks like a 3d version of the ship from asteroids. :II)
