Here are just a few that (tho they have different styles) have WAY more skill: Yngwie Malmsteen, Michael Angelo Batio, Hendrix, Jeff Hanneman, Eric Clapton, Chuck Berry, B.B. King, Steve Vai, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Doug Aldrich, Zakk Wylde, hell I'd even say Daron Malakian is at Bellamy' level of skill maybe even better in terms of mixing melodic and slightly heavier riffs together in such a profound and crazy sort of way. It doesn't really matter it's just an opinion, plus MUSE are awesome live.
