NCIS-Gibbs slaps Dinozzo for the first time

As of now there are at least 69 rules(#69: Never trust a woman who doesn't trust her man...) not counting the duplicates, and they haven't all been revealed.

According to Steve Binder (writer) Gibbs didn't have a lot of rules when Gibbs/Tony 1st met.

Just my 2 cents: I believe Gibbs got the "idea" of the rules from Shannon. And maybe a few from her. The rest from life experience & Franks.

@violetlightBTR If you do a search for Leroy Jethro Gibbs on the NCIS wiki it has all his known rules to date. I haven't seen all of season nine so that could be the reason for rule 69 Never trust a woman who doesn't trust her man.
