I was at this show and he was complimenting New Orleans! He played at the House of Blues with Tomahawk, Mr. Bungle and Fantomas several times and he is saying how everyone in N.O. should cry cause it's hot, you can drink 24/7 and find good music on every corner.

Basically he is giving the New Orleaners something to cry about, saying "they got the blues" and what they need is a good long cry, and to let it all out.. and then kept yelling WAHHH!!! and he told then they had alot to cry about.. "aww, we live in the swampland, and it's 90 degrees everyday..wahh!" "we have a depressed economy..wahhhh!" "Strange girls show off their tits for no reason.. wahhh!! and then asked if they felt better after their long cry...he is just calling them whiners, really..
