  • Very nice!

I'm thinking of converting my hobo stove into a woodgas stove now!

  • @Thefredcompany

    Thx!

  • Interesting point about the cans. Nice work on the stove.

    Thx!

The stove looks a little rude cuz it´s made without any powered tools but it burned quite ok.

The thing with the cans suprised me. It´s really frustrating if u remove all the paint from a can, polish it and a few days later it starts to rust :S

I then tried a magnet and suddenly a big lightbulb popped up over my head :)

  • Sometimes I make my stuff without power tools. Just what is handy at the time. You can just get through the first processs

The fun of it was making it outside with no power tools at hand. Just having a nice evening, some basic tools and the idea from the video how its made. Had a nice meal from the outer can wich was full before, and used my alcohol stove to heat the soup. Then washed it out at the river and started to build. After an hour i wanted my power tools back :) But in the end i got a working stove wich really suprised me.

Really a nice hobby to have. And costs nearly nothing.
