@therealwizards@joanie156 There is no such thing as spot fat reduction. If you want to lose fat eat well and work hard at the gym for muscle which burns fat better than anything else or do cardio like skipping, swimming, running, cycling etc.
@lizicecream It is mainly for increasing the size, but I guess it never hurts to try and decrease the size. Healthy eating always helps too because most body fat is stored around the thighs and buttocks, so eating stuff that wouldn't be the best for your well-being wouldn't help decrease your thigh size.
My thighs are little bigger than how they should be, so I too will be trying this exercise. I recommend you to try Lunges too, they're also very good in helping to decrease thigh sizes :)

everysingle time I see people demonstrating how to do SQUATS they say... don't let your knees go over your toes... but everytime they demonstrate the knee goes over a bit. Funny... I mean otherwise you fall backwards !!!

I do not really believe the knees shouldn't extend our toes. It just naturally happens and there is no problem with bending the knees UNLESS they feel too stretched. Personally, I feel too stretch when I try to keep my back straight and not allow my knees to bend. It also feels too stretched when I let them bend TOO much. I also lose my balance either way. But letting the knees slightly extend my toes&letting my back to slightly, naturally bend keep me comfortable and well balanced.
Sorry to say this but expert village is making some really bad instructional videos...maybe it's just the girl..check out the lunges tutorial from expert village..same girl same mistake...that's an injury waiting to happen
