@pacificflip72 you can order just the mufflers off Summit Racing or Jegs i dont order kits i just order mufflers and route the exhaust where i want it.

Actually no you dont.. My friends dad has i think an 01 or 02 and his dont have them.. All you do is when you take the cat off put an oxygen sensor where it was, and the check engine light comes on for just a few weeks then nothin happens.

Hell Naw. It'll Sound Better WITH Mufflers. When You Go Mufflerless, And Have The Factory Cats, Manifolds, And Resonators, It'll Be Loud But Kinda Sound Like Shit. It'll Be Best To Go With The Loudest Deepest Street Mufflers (Flowmaster Super 44) And Take Out The Resonators And The Cats And Do Some Headers. That's How It'll Sound Loud AND Good At The Same Time, WITH Mufflers...

ehh.. just my opinion. Super 44 sounds best out of any Flowmaster. Super 44 is perfect on V8s ( especially true dualed ) Super 40 is alright for V6s though, 40 series god they are low end torque robbers.
