@MUPPETMAN800 If we're being picky, so was the wheel going through the mud at 0:16, the Camel Trophy cars at 0:17, the wheel at 0:20 and the following scene of a Land Rover winching. At 0:25 we see another series and again at 0:28. At 0:42, there's a Series making a bit of a splash and at 0:44 we get an in-cab view of a farmer and his dog in a Series. At 0:46 there's a Series going through a mudhole and at 0:50 a military spec Series is fired out a plane. At 1:14 there's another Series...

I won't even start listing shots of One Tens and Ninety's which technically aren't Defenders. The Defender is similar to the Series though, so I guess it kinda fits in though. =]
