yoyo VeoShock, if you really want to develop in basketball, you have to start sticking with a actual workout course. I used widely known nba training routine over at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com |. I haven t even told this to my high school teammates yet lol
So my neighbor #VIDEOPOSTERID# just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but jumps over 9 inches higher! Apparently he followed the training plan over at 50 inch vertical (dot) com and increased over 15 inches in his vertical leap!
#VIDEOPOSTERID#, dam son that's OD. That's directly from a 5 6 PG who do windmill dunks. I followed the training program at | 50 inch vertical [dot] com | and gained over 14 ins on my dunk.
I remember that game where he got Chris Childs. '98 playoffs. I am a diehard Knicks fan and even I had to do the typical "jump up real quick" thing when Hardaway got Childs.
that's why I love the NBA even though it has its problems. I’m following this training program that’s used by NBA players - snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining – I’m already jumping higher and leading my team on the court !
before his knees problems, he was comparable tothe greatest pg of all time... after the injjuries he was a fierce competitor, just lost some explosiveness!
Not sure. but they traded Mitch Richmond for the 3rd pick in the 1991 NBA draft which turned out to Billy Owens from Sacamento. i guess they wanted a big guy or something Billy Owens was a 6'10 guy who played well in college. However he didn't pan out in the NBA and bounced around to many teams. Wish they would have kept Run TMC together since they were fun to watch.
Billy Owens had talent, but it didn't materialize for him. Twice, the Warriors screwed up majorly during Hardaway's stint there. First, with Run TMC, and then when they traded Webber after 1 year. Even if Spree and Tim didn't get along, can you imagine a core of Tim, Spree, and C-Webb? And Mullin??
Its actually called the UTEP-TwoStep. Named after the college he attended. The TMC is from his days with GS Warriors. Three players, Tim Hardaway. Mitch Richmond, and Chris Mullin. Named after the seminal rap group Run-DMC. They were called Run-TMC.
@HanzSygnal I think Rod Strickland was.Hardaway is sometimes forgotten but Strickland didnt even make an allstar team and he led the league in assists while scoring around 18 ppg...you do that now and your all nba
man, this dude is the best, i alway does tha move many time agaisn't to other player, they couldn't stop me for begin cross over like Tim does! Love him, i m still doing his cross over
one my favourite players and tracks. hardaway was jordan below the rim - move at 3:22 is classic. he brought a flare to league that wasnt seen before. keep up the
