  • i'm speachless... drinking other animal's body fluid is not healthy! Drinking milk after your mother stops breastfeeding you IS NOT HEALTHY. Use your fuking brain people

  • Below I meant I had psoriasis.

  • I have seen raw vegan familys with robust and healthy children.I tried raw vegan for 9 months and I felt fine. I got psychosis and 2 months raw did not help it. I went on 100% raw milk for 4 weeks and it is clearing up. The meat broths and other organic meat fats are very easily absorb in a leaky gut and poor working digestive system which causes most aliments.Once the gut is healed and have many good gut bacteria it's easier to absorb the harder to digest veggies and nuts.Check"GAPS DIET"

  • This is a bit misleading in that it shows a bunch of seemingly healthy animals trotting about, when in reality, factory farming is all but healthy. Antibiotic injected, grain fed cows is not a primitive diet. The real Weston Price would probably now emphasize the importance of free range, grass fed, organic cows, which are unfortunately hard and expensive to find these days.

  • @elementz1986

It is true that a lot of our meat is factory farmed. It does not invalidate the information. Organic foods are not really that expensive. Take organic raw milk from grass fed cows. It cost more than pasteurised milk. But add the cost of pro-biotics, calcium supplements, lactase drops, and all the other things you might buy to make the two types of milk equivalent and the difference is not so much.

What is the value of better health? Plus with better absorption you will eat less.

  • I meant your scientific of course, typo

  • @TracyLouise2260 I would like to see you scientific, peer reviewed study that proves this. I lived in Ethiopia for 4 years and saw many malnourished people with straight teeth. As I said before genetics determines the shape of the teeth and jaw. I had to wear braces as a child and my Mother and I were in no way malnourished.

  • You need to watch this. If you understand this video you will have the keys to a health and vitality.

  • dentist not a nutrionist

  • sally fallon looks like humpty dumpty

  • no pig meat for me!!! No shell fish either YUCK!!

  • the new world order wants to kill off people with miss information

  • "[It is] good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor [any thing] whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak." - Romans 14:21

  • @LightSaberInDaHouse Wow. Way to pull a verse way out of context. Paul is talking about consuming products either sacrificed to idols or that would normally be outside of mosaic law - Christian Jews and Gentiles were disagreeing about foods they were allowed to eat. The verse you have quoted refers to getting along rather than what people are allowed to consume: essentially, don't eat meat or drink wine around someone who gets offended for the gospel's sake. Try this one: 1 Timothy 4:4

  • @LightSaberInDaHouse does flesh exclude the fish Jesus fed the 5,000 with...?

  • This diet is a LIE!!!!!!!!!!! Don't be deceived.

  • @LightSaberInDaHouse God's natural law? Theres very few things more natural than animals eating other animals and why on earth would they be deceiving us? Its essentially non-profit, do you're research and stop taking ur life tips from a two-thousand year old book of myths written by men

  • @LightSaberInDaHouse well said

  • Anyone Interessed in the Obesity epidemic of the last 30years please read The Obesity Epidemic by Zoe Harcombe.. A Great Book!!

  • Such a good video

The only problem is traditional does not mean grocery store. The grocery store foods are toxic. Traditional foods are grass fed and unpasteurized. The real food

  • @Desibeatnik

You are right. People should take in to consideration factors like ethnic background and such. However, very few cultures in the world gave ever been vegetarian. Most have consumed meats of some kind.

  • I think it's important to remember that not everyone thrives on the same diet. For some people vegetarianism is better, for some it's not.

  • Does anyone know who the people are that work for this foundation? Do they have research back grounds? Are they nutritionists? Biologists? They all are convinced what they are talking about. I read that they get money from the dairy and meat industry. Is this true?

It seems what they are saying is eat a balanced diet - meat vegetables, and grains. If so, what is the big deal?

  • Check out their site. And its pastured meats/eggs, raw milk.... Most of what they tell you to eat, you wont find at your local grocery store.

As far as grains, read up on that too.

  • @halfbonkers the big deal is that the FOOD INDUSTRY, like monsatno and conagra do not want us to know that they are poisoning us with there MSG, Aspartame, GMO's and pesticides. The food you buy at the grocery store is not the same food our parents feed us. (I'm 37)

BTW, Yes, they are medically trained researchers/doctors who make up this foundation.

  • @purenergyhealing weston price are lobbyists not real science my friend

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER go back under your bridge little troll.

  • @halfbonkers Know that Dr.Price was not the only to have studied primitive populations. Many other doctors did to and came to the same conclusions.

One doctor lived with the Eskimo's for 17 years, I forget his name, but he was amazed by their health and they lived longer to. They ate mostly meat, for them it was mostly fish and they didn't have much nuts, veggies or fruit available.

  • @picklesloveslight

It was either Nanson or Steffannson I think

  • @picklesloveslight if 45 years is old well ill be you need to read about eskimos study hutton

  • @halfbonkers they are a fraud eat as much fresh fruit as you can its the best for man

  • @halfbonkers lobby group and marketing backgrounds they are actors

  • I totally agree with all that is said! The primitive people Price studied had beautiful bone strucuture, beautiful teeth and strong children. They were in perfect health, and they ate all the "fatty" foods we are discouraged from eating today.

  • I personally choose to be a VEGAN. Scientifically there proven to live longer, especially when you cut out the sugars! But, there are so many poisons in meat now (Including the diseased animals), its just not safe for us to eat anymore...

  • Find yourself a good source for your meat. Sustainable farmer. Vegans live longer than the folks who follow the standard american diet. Its cause of the meat.

  • @madmansmith75 it's a myth that vegans live longer .. simply untrue and not one of the oldest people in the world were vegans. Actually, most were smokers.lol .. and one said she loved her fried chicken.

  • @picklesloveslight vegans do live longer check proper studies not weston price

  • @nckracing I completely agree that sugars are horrible for our health, they lower the immune system which can cause a whole host of problems. However to generalize that all meat is poison is an ignorant statement. More people become sick from vegetables then meat. That being said the conditions of the commercial meat industry is horrendous. WAP is in strong support of grass fed animals that are humanly treated with respect, this reduces the cases of diseased animals.

  • Meat is not only bad because of what they are fed,and the low standards of safety & health..But also because of what it does inside our bodies. Animal protein can not be digested safely into our bodies, and in order for our bodies to get the protein it leaches out calcium from our bones...This is just one of they many problems.. Dairy is even worse...Look at what it does to the body from a scientific view...Our bodies just weren't built to absorb these kind products.

  • Nckracing, not to pick on you, but you're just repeating vegetarian misinformation.

I did a little research. Humans and our ancestors have been eating meat for 4.5 million years! Free range meat is very energy dense and incredibly healthy!

Eating meat does not pull calcium from your bones. It's actually sugar that pulls calcium from your bones.

  • @nckracing ok, so explain why populations who ate so much meat and fat from meat were so healthy? Note that such populations still exist today and people are very surprised to see how healthy they are. They have barely any cancer or other diseases.

  • @nckracing Are you trying to say that for the thousands of years that people have been eating meat and dairy (and thriving and growing in population, i might add), none of those people have been absorbing the nutrients from their food? That's completely illogical. You say that our bodies aren't built to absorb these kinds of foods........would you care to explain specifically how our digestive systems are designed to absorb plant products rather than animal products?

  • @bradthompson86 The proteins are different. Its how the body absorbs them which hurts the system. The cows get the protein from the plant based diet, then we eat the cow. Its a hard process on the body to pull that out from the meat.

Since man first started eating meat our life spans have gotten shorter. Were now down to an average of about 80 yrs old. And the whole world didn't eat how The western civilization ate till recently. Read the book "The China Study". It'll explain a lot.

  • @nckracing "The China Study"? Are you serious??? Do some research on that book, please. It would be laughable if people didn't take it seriously. Campbell has done some horribly fraudulent research.

  • @nckracing

hey, dont want to argue here, but what do you mean, since man started eating meat? He was eating it since humans began. Its just that cooked meat is not healthy, raw meat is completely different, and the proteins are not denatured so they are easily absorbed.

  • @alickamoso1 Proteins are not easily absorbed, they are tightly folded complex chains of amino acids. If anything cooking will actually help the process of unfolding these proteins. The only reason to not cook foods is to preserve the vitamins and enzymes in the food. Enzymes are abundant in fermented foods and drinks so vitamins are the issue. So yes, it is ideal to eat raw (organ) meats as much as possible, but not always because we can supplement or get enough nutrients through a combination.

  • @Gameboob

i dont know if you know about any of the known carcinogens created from cooking foods. And you dont even need to cook food at high temperatures, cooking meat for example around 150 F releases heterocyclic amines. The CDC estimates 1 in every 1000 cancer deaths are from heterocyclic amines from cooked meat. So the issue here is that raw meat is healthier and safer to consume, provided that it is from a safe grass fed source. Same goes for other foods.

  • @alickamoso1 I think that's being overly cautious. And correct me if I'm wrong but Weston Price found that all the peoples he studied ate both raw and cooked foods including meat, and they lived free of degenerative disease on these traditional diets.

  • @Gameboob

I realize the point you are trying to make, but he also stated that the mountain swiss were healthy even though they ate plenty of rhy bread, which is full of gluten. If I ate that I would have a bad reaction in my gut. In other words, his studies were good, but they didnt absolutely prove scientifically what diet was optimal for humans. Usually people like me only go on a raw diet because we need to cure a health condition. Raw foods are very healing. Thinking that is overly cautious

  • @Gameboob He also stated that the mountain swiss and many others were healthy even though they ate grains. Well, science knows grains are not a food for humans. Also, its not overly cautious, because the amount of heterocyclic amines in meat and acrylamides in cooked carbohydrates exceed the limits of the FDA standards by over 100 times. A bag of potato chips has 100,000 times over the standards for acrylamides. Raw food is healthier than cooked. Only reason not to eat it is conformity

  • @alickamoso1 Dr Price's work showed that you can eat a range of foods, cooked or raw, high fat or not and still be healthy (extremely healthy by today's standards) as long as it's full of nutrients. So humans can survive with cooked meat in the diet, and that's why we eat it.

  • @Gameboob

Try a little harder than that. Humans can "survive" eating the SAD diet too, but that doesnt justify eating it. Surviving and thriving are two completely different things. its about vitality. Sure, we can obviously can eat cooked meat like we can eat anything else (ice cream, dohnuts, etc...) but if you know the benefits of eating a raw diet, once again, there is no reason not to eat raw except fitting in, and conformity.

  • @Gameboob eat 80 per cent fruit

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER That's just dumb.

  • @Gameboob WELL ill be dumb and healthy rather than sally fallon man she is like an ugly headmistress bad odor !!!!! Charles Darwin heard of him have you !!!!! Well he states man is a frugivore so does Cuvier read google and learn!!!

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER Enjoy your late-onset health issues, pal.

  • @Gameboob better than early onset from meat and milk

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER olol, you do realize Darwin suffered health issues his whole life right? The inuits, not at all.

  • @alickamoso1 meat is best fresh warm and bloody still living water !!!!!!! then in half an hour its all dead so i eat fruit its alive till it rots or dries out its all about LIVING WATER!!!!

  • sure maybe vegetarian has butter and eggs but it has no meat! if a animal dies of old age are you just going to toss it out instead of eating all its healthy meat and liver?

or what if the animals over populate and the land cannot support them are you just going to let them starve to death instead of eating them?

not eating meat is evil no matter how you look at it telling people not to eat meat is wrong

  • Well, some vegeterians would argue that dairy and eggs are "not vegeterian" foods. So when you veggies get your stories straight, then Mary Enig will get hers straight

  • @Terrabithian yea i get your point maybe the video did not make that distinction but i dont feel like they are attacking vegetarianism

  • yeah this stiuff is right on eat meat butter, been a vegie does not cut it

  • I eat lots of Lard:)

  • We r fuking lied to daily. We don't have to be burning any fossil fuels. Energy isn't a problem! Wars are all bogus, engineered! Marijuana is healthier than sugar. Truth is an obscure thing, Oppression & lie is the norm. Were all Slaves- our masters, the elite, r at least 50 years ahead of us in knowledge, technology, info., secrets & r using all of it against us!

    go here

    truthknowledge. com

not selling anything-just sharing Information-something we no longer do & its destroying Humanity!

  • YES

    TRUTH

  • cholesterol around 220 is good. neck up mate !!!

  • Vitamins A (from fish liver), D3 and K2 along with a multi-mineral supplement have transformed my health!!!!!!! I also eat loads of Butter, Egg yolks etc. - this protocol saved my health!!!

  • Did it really ?

  • I HAVE ADD!!!!

  • It's well worth reading Weston's book, Nutrition and Physical Deformity. It has pictures of peoples who ate their native diets and looked healthy and attractive. People who ate western diets were sickly, they had crooked teeth.

Sugar pulls minerals out of your bones. With children this means crooked teeth.

If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls who live under tyranny - Thomas Jefferson

  • @AppleSouffle crooked teeth are caused by genetics, not by what we eat.

  • @wrapperfoot it sometimes is, but malnutrition caused by eating modern food stops the mouth and jaw forming properly, leading to small bones and crooked teeth...

  • I've tried both vegetarianism and veganism for years. After I did my research at WAPF I had to give the primitive diet a try. I'll NEVER go back. Animal fats and organ meats are CRUCIAL for health and well-being. The big problem now is I have to come to grips with the fact that beings eat other beings. The best I can come up with is that predators like lions, sharks, and spiders are natural so so am I. I wont tell you what to do. I can only give my story.

  • I struggle too. When I look at universe, one thing I see is energy recycling itself. It happens in many ways all the time. I can't deny it. Nor can I control it Everything is alive in some way.

I believe early humans were in harmony with nature—they knew life sustains life in a circle. Later we got a technical edge and broke it. A consequence was it was easier to be cruel (to animals). But I feel a rebalance coming soon. The same technologies that can help make us cruel, help us do good.

  • @fosponomot

You should check out the raw paleo diet, we eat raw grassfed meat so it is safe. I tried veganism too, I always had reactions to cooked meat, but raw meat is completely different. I love raw muscle and organ meats, sometimes we drink raw milk too. But def look into raw meat and raw fat, good luck.

  • @fosponomot - YOU'VE BEEN DECEIVED! Eating meat goes against God's natural law!!!!

  • @fosponomot man is a frugivore ask charles darwin

  • @fosponomot I was also veg/vegetarian for 15 years. Im a big supporter of WAP group and local foods. I am releasing Vegan Mythology report in a couple of weeks. Check out Vegetarian Myth, Lierre Keith discusses the ethics of eating animals really well. Biology includes both life and death - veg*nism is a denial of death, abandonment of animals and ignorance of nature. In order for something to live, something must die - cant escape it, no matter how hard the dogma.

  • Watch the Earthlings Documentary on youtube, read the Mad Cowboy, World Peace Diet, China Study. Look at the impact the high-meat consumption is having on the planet. Research the causes of the Amazonian Basin deforestation. The culprit is cattle ranching and soy agriculture for the fast food joints and so forth. The land it takes for the majority to be on a diet predominant in meat is colossal. Most of the fields you see with corn, wheat and so forth are for livestock.

  • Factory farming is cruel and very dark. That is the problem. I'm not against meat producing practices of integrity per se. Just the gloom and doom that goes on behind closed doors in dark factories with angry, stressed men (women too to a degree). The emissions/pollution and waste the mainstream conventional meat and dairy industry creates is enormous. Thus the consequences are destructive. Organic, whole, natural, sustainable food production systems are the key to a more balanced world.

  • As well as keeping the diet balanced and more so not predominant in animal foods. Well specifically not from factory farming and conventional toxic, drug polluted, animal distress inducing practices.

  • SaganAppreciationSoc whatever your name is... Perhaps a bit of skepticism about our train wreck of a food system would suit you. You're selectively skeptical. I would almost let people eat what they gravitate toward naturally. The problem is the amazingly low quality and dangers in modern factory food which is devoid of nutrients, full of poisonous byproducts from insecticide, petroleum based fertilizers, herbicides vaccines, anti-biotics and has poor hygiene..

  • what a idiot SaganAppreciationSoc is. Blinded and ignorant.

  • Comment removed

  • So you think we should eat food made in a factory? LOL..

  • Where do you think your beloved meat comes from?

  • It comes from Grassfed pastures and is butchered then I pick it up from the butchers shop. And I grow my own veggies. Nothing I eat is "created" or "made" in a factory. And I've never felt better in my life. The principles in this diet are worth testing IMO. How would you know unless you try it? Spouting off a bunch of empty rhetoric lacks credibility, in part and parcel, if you trust sources of information without testing it, you limit yourself. True inquiry takes action friend.

  • I put this video on my blog today (TheSkinnyOnline) so my readers can benefit. I've been afraid of fat all my life. I'm ready for something new...and healthy!

  • Look at your regular slob, following the "guidelines" set forth by the government. They are on pills, they have no energy, they are the product of an American corporate agenda.

    Folks, get back to nature.

  • This is the real talk.

    Stop eating junk food.

    Butter is a super food.

Don't try asking me to eat liver though!!

  • Don't you just hate it when you try tell someone about these findings and they dismiss it like you're stupid and crazy. They are completetly oblivious to the fact that doctors, dentists etc don't ACTUALLY know everything that they talk about. Was it not those same proffesions that stated smoking is healthy, back in the day? "Only when the last tree has withered, the last fish been caught, the last river has been poisoned, will you realize you cannot eat money"-Cree proverb

  • erkeler must be an idiot because the science has been supported by thousands of scientists and doctors. not to mention it has been cited in many studies. If you think that the ppf is for the farming industry your a fucking idiot that is either dumb or didnt do any research yourself. so shut your mouth

  • I need that picture of the indian at 5.00!

    Got it? Link it. =)

  • Are you an idiot or just haven't read their stuff? If anyone hates factory farming, it's the Weston A. Price Foundation. They hate factory animal food production especially. If they support any farm, it is small, family farms with few exceptions (Organic Pastures). Board member Mary Enig is a PhD and Tom Cowan is an MD, so I guess they're not qualified?. The vegetarianism and veganism movements are as much a machine as the factory farm industry; I don't support either.

  • now ur talking about the fda

  • Darling all of their findings are legitimate science.

  • Then why aren't their "findings" in peer reviewed science journals?

  • because its the other way around

  • I've found Weston A. Price Foundation to have excellent information that has definetly made our family healthier and we hardly ever get sick either! No allergies, asthma, or Adhd here either! :)

  • Food for PEOPLE,

    not for PROFIT!!!!!!!

  • Great Video on this subject! Let's hear it for "Nourishing traditions"

  • woop, woop, Nourishing Traditions!
