It was wonderful -- no worries, no cares -- just a kid being allowed to be a kid. So, I was very surprised to hear the music that had been chosen to accompany these wizard of oz video clips. It just didn't remind me of those fond childhood memories I thought all kids (& adults) got from watching the movie.

Deleted scenes are as old as the movie making. For your info some 20 minutes of extra scenes were cut out of The wizard of Oz, because of pacing reasons and it they felt it was too long.

Editing movies usually means some scenes are cut or trimmed down, and this requires no other technology than the editing process. They didn't put millions of dollArs in every single shot you know.

not really, I love Wicked (obsessed is a better world) but the IWzard of Oz and WIcked shouldn't be mixed up. There two different stories and they can coexsist. There's this theory, about multiple dimensions and each dimension is similar but not the same. One has a boy bouncing a red ball, anohter the ball's green, another yellow, another green with yellow spots, another it's a girl, and another a boy and girl playing with the ball together.

They shouldn't be confused. They can coexsist. Remember, they're both fiction, unreal. So, there is no "true" what happened, since in reality none of them happened it's fiction (and fiction literally means "untrue"). The truth is none of them truly happened in th ereal world, so why can't the various make-believe stories about Oz coexsist?
