  • @bmshi yes.. i mostly wear lenses. they are much more comfortable

  • @Reign1986 ich würfel das ziemlich durch, ich mach immer die muskel gruppen die sich an dem tag am stärksten anfühlen,

    hab ich dass gefühl dass beine schlapp sind mach ich oberkörper, usw...

    ich schau aber dass jede muskelgruppe mindestens einmal in der woche trainiert wird

  • Sorry to learn that you had a myocaditis. Sometimes that can mean no real exercise for 6 months. So it explains why you lost some of the muscle you had built up. When someone is used to keeping fit, & has put a lot of effort into it, then anything that means having to give up exercise comes as a great blow, so you have my sympathy. I had something that meant I could only do fast walking on a tread mill, and nothing else, for a number of months - better than nothing but I wasn't happy about it.

    yes disease can be an asshole..

    but ull always have to live with it and always try to get the best out of it.. so i was able to train my mind a bit more.. xD everything has an good site aswell

    in school i always had to do 50 when i said something stupid..but i should have been able up to 60 or even 70

    my handball trainer was my teacher xD

    but now after an myocaditis i only can do 30-35.. but im rebuilding

  • Rebuild? If you go at it like you did last time, you will easily surpass your old physique. This time, you are re-starting with an already superb foundation-- much different than beginning from naught. Just try not to get too carried away, or we will send you a superhero cape to go with those 'Clark Kent' glasses. ;P

  • Excellent Form Georg! I have a question about eating. Should u work on a empty belly, and eat afterwards? Or eat a little before and a little after and what is good to eat to get strong? I am just looking to get back in shape same as you are right now!

  • @gene978 it always depends what ur achievements are..

    i personally do not care that much about meals..

    i just try to eat lots of proteins...

    if you want to drop fat you should not eat before working out, and afterwards eat a lot of proteins to build up muscles

  • @jaz1i to be on save side use push up bars or do them on knuckles...

    but im doing them like i did in the vid, just on my hands since i was 11 and my wrists are not cracked jet..

  • That is a very intense and good pushup workout. I think pushups are the best exercise if a person does them regularly.
