when i graduate from high school i will make a sonic the hedgehog series which will be a follow on from sonic x where the plant tails cultivated fully blooms after 3 months and then cosmo returns from the plant and then tails sees her and then tails tells everyone that cosmo returned

It didn't make sense to have Tails shoot Cosmo. They'd already beaten the Metarex. Tails and Cosmo both deserved a happy ending. They shouldn't have let the show end that way. How could Tails ever go back to the way he used to be after killing the girl he loved? Four years and they still haven't done anything with her plant. Hopefully SEGA will come to their senses and have it grow into Cosmo some day.

There was only the one seed, and Tails said in Japanese that it was Cosmo. It starts growing at the end of episode 78. So Cosmo was meant to eventually come back if the show had continued.
