It was much too fast. This is basically English impressionism and I feel that it should be flowing, with a clear line, but with very flexible tempi. Also, dynamics are extremely important in this piece, especially to accurately convey the phrase and keep it in its dreamy context. I would try to be more subdued in the beginning and not so heavy handed; you probably wouldn't shout out a Shakespearean sonnet. Less is more in this, I think.
