More like Wall-e looks like Short Circuit's Johnny 5. Awesome 80's movie. Short Circuit's Johnny Five really influenced Wall-e's look and design. The director also acknowledged he may have been subconsciously influenced by the film Short Circuit. Almost like an homage to the 80's classic. Honestly NOTHING today seems original anymore, it's all been done.
ID4 was a good Summer flick back in the 90's. I remember going with friends from high school to the theaters and EVERY one of them PACKED!
