Zabuza is a very minor character, I seriously doubt Kisame would even break a sweat. Zabuza relies on hiding in the mist, and he can't do that if he's under water. Other than that, what does he have? Oh, right, self repairing sword, that's real good news for the sword itself, but irrelevant for Zabuza. The only thing that Kisame is vulnerable to is brute force, and Zabuza is nowhere near the level needed. He's weaker than exhausted Kakashi in taijutsu.
