Alistair is a known K1 kickboxer with over 60mma fights and he worked brocks body with knees prior to the kick. and Overeem just kicks that HARD! I wasnt surprised by Brocks retirement he just isnt cut out for MMA and being hit by strikers. he can only wrestle.
