Jimmy was not only a great guitarist, but he had an awesome voice as well! James and David Gates blended so beautifully in Bread, or on backing vocals, for each other! It;s a shame that James and David couldn't go 50/50 on the songs, because we would have had many more great Bread albums! Sincerely, BobbyK

Thank you for uploading this and honoring James. This is one of the most beautiful songs ever written and sung by any of the Bread members. Sadly, James has always been one of the best kept secrets in the music business.

Yes, James Griffin and Robb Royer wrote "She Knows." It was actually recorded at a 1973 Bread session (Bread members David Gates and Larry Knechtel play on it), but ended up on Jimmy's 1974 solo album, credited as James Griffin & Co., "Breakin' Up Is Easy."
