  • wtf pvp in 17 lvl ??that doesnt tell me anything.glads has no skills in 17 lvl lol...he is more powerful at higher lvls.and criticals at low lvls are almost nowhere

  • on lvl 40 its impossible for plate to beat up cloth

    it becoems kinda like wow on high lvls

    plate -> chain -> leather -> cloth->plate

    wow : Plate - > leather > cloth > plate (shamans were in between somewhere )

  • lol noob spirit master. I play glad and i can barely beat my bro cuz of stone skin and he kites. this guy dont even try to evade he just took the whole combo without even using stone skin either, 1 combo can pretty much down any clothy if they take the whole thing.

  • Spellcasters do have an advantage at that level, and the fact that they aren't in abyss also gives the Spiritmaster an advantage. However, Spiritmaster is a little gimp in Abyss unfortunately.... the pets cannot fly.

    Hopefully NCsoft changes that lol.

  • Lamo rangers suck ass now that they got nerfed. I am playing in the Chinese OBT and I rolled one then deleted it and made a gladiator and havent looked back since : )

  • they got rid of jumpshots, which means that after a ranger clicked a skill than jumped it showed the jump animation not the skill casting animation

  • I know about jumpshot, but that's more a bugfix then nerfing :D but I heard ranger got better in 1.5 with some very nice skills.

  • Because glads are very gear dependent and require many potions such as the anti snares, healing etc.

  • not really. If you are even a little skilled @ mmorpg you can easily fill in your cons. All you need is tact. + cooking is a almost a must profesion for everyone

  • There is really no downside to the pets not flying. SMs are OP on the ground and even though they have no flying pet they still have that retarded water pet that knocks people off the air. If their pets were flying they'd be completely OP

  • Ill have to disagree. The spells of the spiritmaster soften up around end game, when they start to rely on their pets for dmg more, and even if a SMs water pet can knock players out of the sky it cant follow to the SM while chasing someone in the sky. SMs have to do everything in their power to bring the fight to the ground so it kinds sucks in that sense because flying is a huge part of the game later on.

  • spellcasters always have the advantage in large scale PvP, like Lineage II, Warhammer, WoW BG's, etc.

    im more worried about the advantage that flying gives ranged over melee - now they will be able to kite in two dimensions instead of just one

  • City of Heroes was a game that already experimented with the element of flying and fighting aerial combat. Melee still was roughly equal in the aspect that melee characters could take significantly more damage

    Note: Do not bother playing CoH now, they ruined the entire PvP system IMO

  • i have played first CB but for some reason i couldnt play second :/ but first CB had same combos but CB 2 gave new ones and yes indeed all combos on al lclasses rocks they make u get more interested in game and makes grinding more fun since u dont use same attacks XD
