It all depends Verizon has good service but you HAVE TO PAY for the data plan for PDMA phones

Verizon may have good service but stick with your own plan AT&T. AT&T Billing my cost over $100 but you can get unlimited texting for an added $20 a montyh to your bill If you a texting person.

Be careful with the Omnia screen, it is very fragile, I recommend a screen protector. My stylus scratched it a day after I got mine. D:

Now I do, but the scratch is still visible. It wouldn't have happened if I just used my finger, but no, I had to use the stylus, now there is a 1cm scratch right in the middle of the screen. I recommend that you have a screen protector ready to go on as soon as you unbox your phone.

Well, I bought my Omnia from Bell. My screen protector is invisible and I also bought that from Bell. When you are on the internet with Wi-fi, you can turn off the phone feature to save battery or what have you. I had to buy the phone with a data plan, so if I am on 1x or Ev internet, there is no charge. You will have to check with your provider because they are probably different then mine. Hope this helped.

With bell you have to but a windows plan with it since it is a Windows Mobile phone. 1X and Ev are just different strengths of mobile internet access when there is no Wi-fi, with the plan I have, I get 500mb of data for internet. It only charges extra if you use over 500mb per month.

As far as mobile network connections go, you have sign in to the network each time. So, if you launch the internet browser and there is no wi-fi, it will prompt you to log on to the network. If you don't want too, you can just cancel.  My plan is 70 dollars per month; 35 for my call minutes and 35 for my windows mobile package.

This phone doesn't support U.S. 3G? Well the Behold for T-Mobile supports: 850 MHz; 900 MHz; 1800 MHz; 1900 MHz. And the i900 supports: GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and HSDPA 850 / 1900. Idk much about frequencies but don't the 3G numbers match up on both phones? And so wouldn't this mean that the i900 works on U.S. 3G? I really like this phone so I'm wanting to know. : )

i have the eternity and i am female with small fingers and it is hard or me to text sometimes if you dont hold the phone a certain way you can hit the y and it will type t. small things like that so i carry.. a stylus from my palm pilot. and i use that and i have no problems using that plsu i can text way faster.

The Omnia does have a stylus holder... it's on the top left side of the phone. You slip the string on the top of the stylus through this metal loop and tie a knot around it.

So for the verizon samsung omnia, typical headphones (ones that are for ipods/mp3) does not fit in the omnia headphone jack? does the box come with an adapter so i would be able to? and o yea...does the omnia come with flash on the camera?

Verizon omnia does not have a standard 3.5 mm jack built into the device. It does come with an adapter in the box though, which has a microphone and 3.5 mm jack built into the end of the cord, so you can answer calls and use your own headphones as a headset.

It's the biggest problem I've found with the device, and it gets pretty annoying having to carry another cable around to listen to music. I think the device is worth it though.

Also, it does have a camera flash. Hoped that helped.

id recommend connecting the card to a computer directly (printer will do if it has a slot for it) and going to my computer and checking to see if it has some photos or something like that if its not that idk
