@borlavlad I guess you could ask another type of artist what is so fun about painting or drawing. As an artist myself, I can't help myself from creating. It comes from the heart. I think this form of writing is an art.
Where did you learn such lovely handwriting? I want to start practicing, but I'm not sure how to go about it. How did you learn? And what do you recommend for an absolute beginner?
Search in google to caligraphy fronts and find a simple one and print him out ,place a thin piece of paper on top of it and redawn it a cuple times til you get the feeling of a letter than you can take a thikker piece of paper and start to try and stay practising (=- 30 min a day) !!!
Nice work I like your style but please every pen has a soul and don`t push them too hard because not all pens have fex nibs and your pens nibs after a time will get unusable!Beleave me I know !I have a coupple of pens and I ruined one by pushing it too hard!:) take care
What a cool video! I just picked up a book on penmanship from 1884, I'd love to be able to write like you do, I'm sure it takes a "bit" of practice ;)
It does. I can't write like that! Hahaha. But to write like this, you will need to get a fountain pen with a specific type of nib. You won't get this kind of line-variation with a ballpoint or rollerball.
Great video

Beautiful penmanship! I enjoyed your video as well. How many pens do you own in your collection so far?
Also, what is the classical piece you used in your pen video? Thank you for sharing!
misslv80 4 years ago
Thank you! I have around 50 or so, but only around 10 in regular use. :) The piece is from Mozart, Violinkonzert no. 4.

Am I correct in saying one of those is a Mont Blanc Copernicus valued at thousands of dollars?
PeterPW 4 years ago
Hi, Peter!
No, I don't own anything that dear! You might be referring to the Bexley Owners' Club LE pen, the one with rings?
leighpod 4 years ago
The one with the rings correct... it bears a striking similarity I must say. All of them are very lovely indeed.

Your penmanship is absolutely gorgeous.
I believe this may be my first ever experience with live action pen pornography. I think I need a cigarette...

I just wish I could write like that. I'm afraid I have a naturally messy scroll. Still, I love watching this stuff. Thanks.
