I really like Cackletta's battle theme too.

I remember thinking I beat the game after beating her when I first played it. Now I realize how short the game would be if that actually were the case.

I actually like how you defeat Cackletta no more than halfway through the game and then it's like POOF IT'S NOT OVER and it reveals Queen Bean is the REAL main villain and lady lima is secretly kammy koopa and peasley is secretly waluigi and you have to go on a WHOLE NEW ADVENTURE with salad bars and fried tookey!

And yes, Cackletta does have supergreat battle music.
