@TheFoxGoddess This is a spoof that 2 of my kids thought up. The person video taping this was 12 years old. Children don't seem to get offended by this. They enjoy making up imaginative videos, just like adults do. I apologize if you thought someone was actually advocating beating someone with a stick. Altho the police do it regularly, we dont advocate them being allowed to do it either.
