I am not joking but I was listening to that song at least 50 times just today! I can't and never will get tired of it! I started at 12am and it's almost 4am now!
I'm a music addict, literally. I scour many different mediums looking for a "high" from special performances. This is DEFINITELY one of them. Thanks for posting it.
This is just amazing to see!! George Benson and Earl Klugh together is like seeing Bruce Lee and Jet Li perform in the same movie! It's just simply marvelous
Excellent, my favorite cut from their "Collaboration" album. I saw them perform this on a charity telethon type TV shows and it was a great performance. The end solo by Klugh in that performance was amazing and one of the best phrasing I've heard
I used to work all these shows in Tokyo back in the day. Venue audience cap was about 1,500- 2,000. In past 20 years all have been reduced to playing Blue Note and recently Billboard Midwtown, audience cap 250-350,
Excellent. Saw them perform on Johnny Carson's "Tonight Show" many years ago and knew their 'Collaboration' was special. It naturally followed their time together in the 70's with Freddie Hubbard, Airto, Herbie Hancock...
@Azorka82 I found the tonight show performance on an old VHS tape the other day. Truly special. late night shows now just don't have the class that Carson had.
Tuve este album hace años en formato de cassete y lo perdí. Recientemente lo bajé de la red. Jazz verdadero. Gracias por subirlo.

Outstanding.....special and smooth...This is the way that smooth jazz should always be played. The accoustic and the electric blend so well together.
