This kid has a cannon. Dick Mills is a fucking moron. This helps the arm get stronger not develop mechanics off the mound. First you develop the arm strength then you bring it to the mound. This equals results.

i hit 91 before i started this and after a week of jaeger i hit 94 in a game, but i'm mostly 86-92...i've never gunned the pull down phase so who knows what i hit with that. I live in the north so i can't jaeger right now becasue i'm stuck inside due to the winter weather, and the place where i get to workout is only big enough to hold two cages at like 65 ft. so my bull pens are only like 83-86 mph right now...it sucks...hopefully i'll get to jaeger before the season starts.

look how hard he is working to get to that velocity... you look at any major league pitcher and they will hit that without even that much effort. its the mechanics that produce velocity... not long toss.

to me it looks like he is a feilder not a pitcher. he is throwing from a "crow hop" not a pitching windup. i think he is just trying to get speed which he has. but from experience when a pro pitcher is throwing their fastball they are about giving it there all. but the good mechanics cover that up and it does not look like they are throwing 100% when they may be.
