@Photonicinduction what if i already had 15kg of mass rotating at critical speed before I introduced the 25kg of stationary mass ?

I intend on bolting 1" thick steel straps to a drum before starting, then dump the 25kg lump into it :D.

in theory the machine should tear itself apart within seconds :D

likewise, the concrete counterweights will be gone before I try it.
