Airwolf rocks!!!!!! I love Airwolf and I don`t understand, why they don`t make a new film or something?!?!? It was an amazing show!!!!!! And the seasons 1 - 3 were so good....I HATE the 4th season!!!!! Why must it end???????? And why don`t they make a new GREAT film with Ernest Borgnine and Airwolf??????
@TvFreakLady Look at all the failed attempts at resurrecting Knight Rider and ask yourself if you really want Airwolf's memory zombified in similar fashion by modern day idiot producers, artists, and writers. I really wish I COULD want an Airwolf movie, but I honestly don't B-(
@XH1927 Translated...the 4th season of Airwolf. They couldn't even afford to use the since destroyed Bell helicopter used as Airwolf. Even a modern remake would be better than that steaming pile of crap. I hated what they did to the show in the 4th season and I refuse to watch any of them, they're so bastardized.
@TvFreakLady While I would love to see Ernest Borgnine return to playing Dom, I don't think he'd physically able to do the part. He's in his early 90s, I think. I will mourn his death, but, I do not want to see him collapsing on the set of a new Airwolf, even if it's doing something he loves. Good thought, though :)
The classic kludge for episodes that timed out too short after editing: stretch the credits. A-Team was egregiously bad about this. These days, U.S. TV dramas seem far more disciplined in this regard, presumably because commercials have expanded to fill nearly a third of each hour.
@matthewcstevens I personally thought that the "stretched credits" was a good thing whenever it was used, as we got to hear more of our favorite theme songs.
@bmasters1981 Yeah, me too. But on a professional level, it pointed directly to bad work by somebody. It could have been any of several causes: poor acting printed by a bad director, unusable photography, a script of inadequate length that the producer didn't detect, a shortfall in shooting time or budget. But someone goofed, and long credits were the band-aid.
Isn't it great that we can get all the tunes we want now from the Web? :)
At the time it was a cool show but you really only watched for the chopper and battle scenes .Id like to see it return today with same chopper with the newer technology we have today.
@MrAirwolf75 Much as I would like that, given the current track record when it comes to movies being made to honor such series, I think that's a bad idea.
You think that's what happened to String? IIRC String's in the hospital saying he doesn't want to die there, Sin says he won't, Locke finds the room empty, there's a shot of Airwolf flying, and then Sin is in the WolfCave with everybody laughing like the end of a bad sitcom. I always though Sin just took String someplace to die, but I admit I like your interpretation better.
This was a great second season episode, it was written by Deborah M Pratt who was Marella and also married to series Creator and Executive Producer Donald P Belisario.
I loved this episode and watching it right now, and I have all 3 seasons on DVD cause this one of my favorite action 80's shows from my dog Donald P Belisario the creator of Magnum PI another favorite show of the 80's,and NCIS with Mark Harmon, 5 stars for this favorite episode of mine.

@TvFreakLady Ernest Borgine is a little too old now for an Airwolf movie, but it would be nice if hollywood would make a good movie about it.

The ending is way off. When the music started, you can see they are still talking.

To CraigBaur what did you think of season 4 Airwolf? When Dom was killed and String sent to live out his quiet days in his cabin by SinJin?

Bad sitcom, are you insane or just smoked too much weed the day you wrote it.
Kids like it and at that time, kids needed a hero.
