  • OH MY GOD! Some of you are commenting that she's struggling and she's not there yet and she should wait and blah blah blah! What the heck! This is a 5- year old talented little girl! I wish I could be as gifted as her and I'm 12. Sometimes I mess up on twinkle twinkle little star for crying out loud. This girl should be learning her alphabet right now!!! My brother can't even play it right and he's 20! Please, lay off and stop disliking. This girl has got some freakishly serious talent! Accept it

  • I can't play it right and I'm 15,,, She's just amazing.

  • She is so sweet!

  • without the pedal must be very hard too play that with her size

  • She sounds nice, but you can tell she is struggling a little. I played it at age 11 and had to work quite hard on it. I'm sure that professionals have to work hard too. She should have a waited a bit longer, maybe age 7 or 8. But she does have a lot of talent and seems to enjoy it. Plus, she's adorable. =) Keep on playing!

  • poor child...

i would never force my child to play piano..

kids in this age havent theire own opinion, what mum and dad says must be right.

maybe scho never wantet to play piano.

  • @IWillBeatYouYouSee

kids who never want to play, never play... love for playing piano is what makes people to play it at any age...

  • beast chair!

  • asians ftw

  • this only makes sense because shes asian

  • funny chair :D

  • Haters gonna hate

  • I learned this piece in 4 weeks, lest I am 12 and among the least recognizable of asians (samoan looking group of filipinos). I think this piece is SOOOOO easy.

  • she is playing toy piano!

  • wowoooooow

  • so so so sweet:-o

  • Sorry, but at that time she was 3 and half years old!

  • very nice woop woop!!!!!

  • .....The first song I played was Fur Elise, and that was at teh age of 5, way to go little asian kids xD

  • This is an inspiration for me.Time to go finish this song when I started it.Thumbs up if you were in shock when you heard this.

  • Yeah, anyone else know how to play this when they were five years old? THEN SHUT THE FUCK UP.

  • @stfuplz13 i learned this when i was six. not five but pretty close...

  • i can play this song and it is not the easyest thing she is pretty good,:):)

  • Awesome ! ! !

  • how does she even reach for all the keys ? :D even I don't always...

  • i know how to play those songs, and they're not easy, i just look and follow, but when i try to read i wanna kill myself ;)

  • Exploitation.

  • GOD DAMN!!!! :) She's going to be really famous....er? later on in life :)

  • how can she remember all the music?

  • this was 4 years ago, so she must be 9 now... I don't know what else you learn to play once you've mastered beethoven...

  • @bwalk23bluehawk Bach's 13th Invention ::PP

  • Those octaves... such tiny fingers

  • 575 dislikes?! Yeah, she may have made a few mistakes but SHE"S FIVE YOU IDIOTS!

  • how the heck can her fingers actually reach that?

  • @kiahliwag logic says; LIFTING HANDS

  • Super!

  • super forte continue!!!!!!!!!! ^^

  • easy! i can play this and ive known it since i was 3 yrs old!

  • @DickFigureFan1 you are jealous... It's good and you know that!

  • How strange weirdo

  • are concert tickets on sale yet i want an autograph - blushies-

  • she is amaziiiiiing I learned this song via youtube but i DO NOT play like her

  • wooow la rebisnieta de beethoven yo voy a tener una hija asi

  • WooooooW impresionante +10

  • FÜr Elise bitte :'D

  • Aside from the fact that she is a gifted child, she adds expression and feeling to her interpretation and that, folks, is what makes her performance so special. One can tell, then, that music is an important part of her life and that she truly receives joy from it.

  • @MarPen55 Either that or she gets beaten every time she makes a mistake.

  • my daugther is learning how to play a piano! and she is not ASIAN or WHITE. She is MEXICAN!

  • @52772 and your point is..?

  • @KarabelleEmery My point is that any kid could learn how to play the piano!

  • @52772 So, mexicans are not white?? Firts time I hear this ¬¬... Tu hija es mexicana y no es blanca? Los Estadounidenses no Son los unicos blancos en todo el mundo ¬¬., yo soy de Argentina y me considero blanca.

    This girl is great!

  • @boscoanime Por mayor parte los mexicanos son mestizo - una mezcla de espanoles e indigenas (aztecas, etc). En Argentina no hay tanto sangre indigena (pero hay).

  • @boscoanime I never said what color is my daugther's skin! And yes she is white skin. But our race is Mexican!

  • Awww she's so cute :3 In a way it makes me happy to see that she makes mistakes lol. She's still human :P

  • @mypupismup : she only makes mistakes because her fingers are still too small to jump octaves...

  • i like her headbangs..

  • IM A AMERICAN ASSHOLE

  • @airasweetie Oh psh. You're just jealous because you suck at piano and you are too soft to get your kids to do anything productive. Skill comes from practice, only a little comes from natural talent.

I should know, I'm an Asian child. My friends always get to have fun, but guess what? I know that this stuff will help in future, so I don't complain. One day they'll be working at minimum wage whereas I get to support myself.

  • wow !!! Amazing !! very good .. it's so easy for her to play .! but for me it's so hard !! arrggghh !! :(

  • she is amazing i wish i had a talent for music but to bad i dont i have a talent for dance i am petite miss dance of america 2011 but awsome piano playing i cant even do a simple scale piano playing will give u alot of strength in her fingers and hand

  • OMG SHE EVEN DID THE TURN fantastic..... i wouldve expected nothing less from an asian... honestly im not being racist... you NEVER see a kid doing this that isnt asian

  • Whoaa! amazingg!

  • I´m gonna give this thumbs down not because she´s not good, because she is really good. But thumbs down for letting your 5 year old sit by the piano and practice all day instead of having the oppertunity to do kids stuff. Shame on you parents who do this to your kids.

  • SHUT UP AND ENJOY THE MUSIC

  • Well, it's of course incredible that she can play that well in the age of 5, but her interpreting is just awful .-- it's like she's killing the whole atmosphere, the picture that the music creates

She made too many mistakes, to let the music enhance people's hearts - it's just that, i have respect, but you know, if you already can play better than others, you shouldn't waste your energy on sth. you can't play/interpret - The level comes with the practice...

  • Incredible, girl's parents must be pianists who play piano every day, there is no other explanation or a natural talent

  • Incredible

  • she some special waazzzzooooooooooooooooo

  • 220 ppl is just jelly of her

  • Okay.... now do it backwards please.

  • this is amazing...its incredible

  • Bad ass

  • When her mom was pregnant, I'm sure she ate a piano and a whole lotta notes!

  • @PinoyOne hahaha not funny!

  • @50thcenturycod what? your mom can't eat a piano?

  • her dad is probably hitting her for every note she plays wrong! xP

    (it was a joke!)

  • looks how her small short fingers tapping that piano keys...

  • Something We Asians Got♥

  • Did she start piano lessons while still in the womb or something?

  • @TennisChamp59 you could propably learn this to when you were that age

if you only get teaches in this and not how to actually "play" the piano you could perfect it

  • @TennisChamp59 it's not really that difficult, i have seen a 4 year old play it. Piano takes at most a year of dedicated time to master- but still she's impressive.

  • @TennisChamp59 maybe , its not that fast .. but even dhoe .. i think its most likely the talent that she got ,.. god bless her...

  • @TennisChamp59

its realy not that hard. I learned most of it with NO lessons and just watching a video of somone playing. And i have NO former experience. but she still nailed it

  • Awww look how high her chair is!!! xD

  • OOOOOu Super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that's crazy!!!!

  • I just don't get these 213 people putting a thumbs down, I know we all feel a little envious when we watch extraordinary kids, but for me its gratitude, if couldn't play at that level, I am hopeful that my future kids or grand kids might get that music bug

  • she sounded wonderful....very beautiful piece and executed nicely by a 5 year old...man I wish I was as good as that little girl and I'm an old man...who can't play the piano

  • whats up with all the asian comments?? shes asian and has talent. why be so...racist

  • @OmgLittleBunny agreed... just because she is asian doesnt make her automatically talented she had to practice like CRAZY! like same as if any other race or ethnicity you have to work hard and she did

  • so cute! she's the next mozart!well done!

she must try to play more and better than that! I knwo, she can!

    YES, SHE CAN!!!!!

  • OMG THIS IS AWESOME LOOK HER FING-oh wait, asian? she had to play Fantasie Impromptu to put a video to youtube...

  • WOW now this is very impressive...I can not believe this....PERFECT...lol

  • se quivoco cmo 1 par de veses y uno se queda atonito de tds modos

  • in west young kids play with asian mass producst , in asia kids play european musis classical, thats why they are so dam good

  • who could possibly "dislike" this video?? maybe you assume her parents have held her captive and are forcing her to play piano (might be true, don't know); maybe it's not the finest performance of this piece. but please, she's 5, and this is pretty cool. how is a 5 year old playing beethoven *not cool*???

  • This girl is a talent. That talent has become commodity. This commodity the valuable property of her parents. It is easier to discipline than it is to do. If one makes a life does one own that life? What will become of that life which has been made to believe it is the property of it's creator? There is a real question going on here. There is real abuse that exists. Being pushed to succeed may produce results but this performance is far less than 1% of the results.

    ]

  • i'm so proud to be asian!~ :))

  • why do asians have to be good at everything? :(

  • @Emilie4326 hahahahah, the good ol' stereotype. you dont have have to be asian to be good at piano. you just have to practise and be committed. BTW Beethoven isn't asian.

  • @philipmurillo12 hahaha yeaah i know it just seems like asians are the best at EVERYTHING lol, and yea i know he isnt [:

  • The girl is talented, and quite practiced, but this performance is very flawed. I agree with an earlier poster, she was not emotionally ready for this piece. To her it was mechanics, and it was poorly presented. I certainly hope she continued playing because I really do believe she is going to go to very far!

  • Io so suonare "Per Elisa" perchè sono asiatico hehehee

  • ...and also, playing the music is 2%, making it is the rest

  • Its funny how if its an asian playing this, its like no big deal, but if its an american its like ohhh shit!!

  • @50thcenturycod aaaaaaahahahaha some funny stuff!!!

  • @50thcenturycod ummm about all these asain comments its really annoying her nationality dosnt matter nor is it actualy relvant to her being able to play the piano its beacuse there parents but the chiled in lessions at younge ages thats why there this good so soon, beacuse A littel kids obsord information so if you americans actualy had a love for clasics they would start teaching there childreen at younge ages, im 16 and american and im learning now and i wish i learnd younger.

  • @high5panda U must be asian because of ur spelling skills, lol!

  • @50thcenturycod lol =))))

  • @50thcenturycod you must be a close minded idiot :) and to let you in on a secreat im american -^^- good day person who has no meaning in my life what so ever

  • @high5panda jealousy is like a drug, u have it because your an idiot,

and why the fuck do you think people thumbs up my comment, BECAUSE THEY WERE SMART ENOUGH TO FIGURE OUT THAT IT WAS SARCASM

  • @high5panda what the hell? I agree and I am American....

  • @50thcenturycod hahahahahah

  • @50thcenturycod umm no its not just because she is Asian doesn't make her automatically amazing unlike us americans she has disciplined herself and worked very hard!

  • @champluv10 A.K.A BRAINWASHING

  • @champluv10 you are very mean its not like you can do the same i bet she is better in 100000000000000 ways than you are ps you are racest

  • @loutusblosm and i'm racist how? she is 1000000000000x better than me im just saying she isn't automatically amazing because of her ethnicity

  • @champluv10 that or her parents are abusive and force her to work.

  • @Richy15251 uh you can tell shes really into the music b/c of her body behavior.

  • @50thcenturycod That's called racism :O

  • @Dennizz96 no its called a stereotype

  • @50thcenturycod Everything has its reason...When she grows up, she´ll probably become a big technical machine, like any other chinese pianist....Chinese people even have different finger anatomy, they just have the will

  • @50thcenturycod cause Americans are lazy fat pieces of shit other countries try there hardest and they get things done very well like asains and japanese

  • @h29zf wow, thats true.....

  • Reincarnation explains.

  • @3xXBeboXx3 i taught it to myself and im 11, and I can play it that good! She made mistakes! When did you start playing? Because when people play over 2 years, they are pretty much a musician (any instrument) and can tell there was mistakes, at least any one who can play this song!

  • @Lizjayne560 I taught myself it at 11, and it makes me feel not like a failer!

  • of course is it an asian

  • muy bien esa niña

  • VURRY VURRY GOOOOD, NOW AGAIN, AND AGAIN UNTRIL PERFECT

  • @LolCaramelz very, and until. just gentle basic spelling remimders...........

  • @BallerinaZwenga

    YOUNG GRASSHOPPER

  • @BallerinaZwenga You want me to give you stupid little "Spelling reminders" too.? It's reminders, not remimders. It's annoying to hear, huh.?

  • holy crap shes good

  • People shouldn't manke little children perform like this, children don't understand the dept of the music, how to feel the music, they're just reading the notes and playing it, not taking it inside of them. Sure it's great for practice now, but don't make them perform.

  • @MusicLover11325 Not true... do you see this girl looking at a music sheet? I don't, that's for sure. And do you see how she moves with the music? She flows with the song. I think that's her way of her "understanding and feeling" the music. And what if she realy wanted to preform? What if she loved music so much that she wanted to share it with others? So don't you dare say that kids can't feel the music when you don't even know them.

  • @MagnetMagicGirl Totally true, you don't even know what you're talking about. Looking a music sheet doesn't show how much you feel the music, it's just memorization, everyone can do it. She just moves like that doesn't make her really feel it. Children that age aren't even mature yet, when they play a piece, ask them about it, what's the story. How does it make them feel. I do know them idiot. I know them too well. If she wanted to share, she can just post it on youtube not concert.

  • @MusicLover11325 Ya sure post it on youtube.... They did! And even if I'm a kid, I know what I'm talking about... This is a kid that God has blessed with a great talent! Don't mock that.

  • @MagnetMagicGirl I never said anything of the kid having this talent as bad. But in a performance?

  • @MagnetMagicGirl You're probally a kid yourself. The girl here probally learned to have feelings, rather than put in the feelings herself. Sure, I'm cool with kids playing at this age. But performing like a professional? I don't like it.

  • @MusicLover11325 I like it. She can do whatever she wants with her talent.

  • @MagnetMagicGirl I think she is just moving her body to be in time with the song. Notice how every down beat she also shifts her body forward. Kids should perform in public so as to develop confidence, but i agree about feeling, they are too young to understand a piece.

  • @Diminished5 well my old piano teacher said I was too young to understand it at 11, so I stopped her lessons, started teaching myself (then my brother started teaching me), and I'm learning this piece right now, at 11.

  • @BallerinaZwenga wow u dont haf 2 tell us everything everyone is special... u dont haf 2 bragi tauht it to myself wen i was nine now im11 and i can play an sng titanic... and im sure a lot more people r better than u so stop bragging

  • @MagnetMagicGirl The only thing that girl is feeling while playing that piece is the cold piercing criticizing eyes of her over protective and perfectionist father.. this performance has all the hall marks of a sheet memorized piece, she isn't flowing at all.. just hitting the keys when she needs to..

  • @MagnetMagicGirl THANK YOU FOR NOT BEING LIKE MY OLD PIANO TEACHER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks old piano teacher, but I've already been taught were a C is and what a major scale is (taught myself), and how to pick up my hand and hold down the petals!!! I learned that when I was five. :P

  • @BallerinaZwenga You're welcome! I think that if kids have a talent, (and enjoy doing it), that those who have the ability, should encourage it! By the way, keep on working on your playing, you may become a super player!!

  • @MusicLover11325 oooooh. I understand. So I don't understand the piano, and I don't understand the music, and I don't understand how to play. Thank you very much, but I am a child (well, preteen), and I understand music. I understand well enough to be able to play songs at five (like her. but not that hard, easy songs), and start on tenor sax when im only 4'11 and play a g scale on it my first week. :p, LOSER!!!!!!

  • Respond to this video... p.s. it's make, not manke.

  • this made my day... she's all into it and lovin' Beethoven's work ..awww

  • beautiful <3

  • I would never be able to do this. Im teaching myself 'When The Saint Go marching in' and 'Beautiful Dreamer' I taught myself, a few years back, a little bit from the Nutcracker. This little girl truly is amazing.

  • SHES SO FRICKEN CUTE!!!! and very talented!!!

  • ESTUPENDO, GRACIAS.

  • @garaisaac ok, im columbian and I don't know spanish, but I know enough to know you said stupendous, thank you. :D

  • @Lizjayne560 same XD

  • Love it!!! Shes adorbs! And amazing. The audience is being rude, talking and moving around while this 5YEAR OLD IS PLAYING BEETHOVEN

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND she's Asian

  • wow she is good my older cousin who is 14 just started Fur Elise and hes still perfecting it

  • Don't you hate it when parents sign their kids up for piano lessons at 3 years old just to show off how good they are?

  • @CherryPecha

    u r wrong...!!

i go to ballet lessons from 3 years old and i believe i have talent to ballet and it's not about the age but the passion..

the girl in the video seems to adore what she is doing..

  • @TheRockNirvanaGirl I agree, but I never said whether the girl enjoyed doing piano or not. It's mostly the parents who govern the first few years and as the kids get older and better, they begin to enjoy piano

  • @TheRockNirvanaGirl I do ballet! I started in January and Im gonna go on pointe in like January or Febuary. i also do piano, I started when I was five and Im almost 12

  • @BallerinaZwenga don't listen to them. thats cool. i use to do ballet too. we're almost the same age. but some people are creeps and they might track you down so be careful about ur age. well i admire the piano but i wanna learn guitar cuz of my dick head ex boyfriend. he used to play piano so now i say screw off piano dude. but i like the piano (don't tell him i said that)

  • @CherryPecha No.

  • Its not about playing awesome or how young you are, its about showing your passion for classical music. Like if you totally agree

  • @ClassicMusicLives I agree with you

  • @ClassicMusicLives Exactly. I hate when people feel that they have some higher knowledge of music, even though they've really only listened to Pop, Hip-Hop, and Rock.
