I have a question Can I level up my time bombs cause I am trying my best and nothing ?and is it a weapon or a gadget because in the intventory it is where weapons are and you can equip it like other gadgets so I am confuzed

The Time Bomb cannot be leveled up, even though it says that it is at Lvl 1, it is just a glitch.
