the best explenation on youtube.I will try it today.i tried the armbar last night befor i see this and i heat ny head on the ground very hard im still painful.
hi paulo thanks for the clip. I have been trying this but with a different entry. It looks to easy cant wait to try. Oh have you done the second part to this
If you throw your legs high enough up there back, they will be leaning over you where you finish it off. When leaning back get yourself close to there opposet foot you dont have the arm bar on, so that if needed, you can trip them up, putting them on there back with an arm bar still held.
hey man i tried this move on 3 guys and it didn't work. They can resist getting pulled down and it puts you in a vulnerable position. So how do you pull them down so easily if that person resists? obviously this is just a demonstration where the opponent does what he's told
of course this works. It's pretty basic move. Done it many times in competition. If it don't work, switch to something else before its too late. Otherwise you indeed get in a dangerous position.
Yeah, it's a very risky move. But if you pull it off with enough momentum it will take them too the floor. There are a few different ways to pull off a flying armbar.
you can pull really hard and make your movements fast so the momentum brings them down....it's supposed to be done fast...also you can use a canopener on them....just pull the back of their head towards you...basic nech crank
It works. I fought Pete Sell in a tournament a few years back and he flying armbarred me. Just like any other move you will not always be able to pull it off if a guy defends it properly
you need to find a way to do it that is 100% yours that your comfortable with. My Version, The approach is from the side of the stiff arm, one step in and jump up, leg in front as high on the person's cehst as possible, the leg behind curled (at the foot) around the back of his head. The real trick is to swing your head, not down to the person's feet but through them, if your head passes his feet and goes behind you will pull him down and you can sinch the armbar from there.

it takes time and practice, nothing works all the time, u have to have a checklist of moves to assault or defend with.
