I play games everyday for hours. I have a lot of friends, a girlfriend, a hobby (Green belt in yuishinkai karate), I spent a lot of time taking sun now that it's summer already, go to nightclubs and dance,dance,dance! I started gaming in the late 80's or something. Always loved videogames.
Simple, there's a minimal amount of time requested each days for cardio exercises. 30 mins to 1hrs depend of the intensity. With out mentioning healthy food choices and rest. Things that honestly, every hardcore gamers, bureaucratic employees could achieve. This is a global threat not just the case of kids.
I don't get it... aren't playing video games and going to dances activities? Aren't doing those things considered "being active"? Apparently if you're not selling anything, when you're hired to make an advertisement they don't have to make any sense.
how did you get this on youtube? I want to use one of their other videos for a project but you cant save it from their site
