Wait for Rockstar logos to load. Select which game you wish to play by moving the analog stick until the game you wish to play is larger than the other logo. Press A. Enjoy.

These step by step instructions are only for the simplest of people who don't know how to select an item that is on screen on your Xbox. Ugh.

You need to buy GTA IV from the store for Xbox 360, and purchase a The Lost and Damned card from the store as well, or buy 1500 microsoft points, but you wont get a map. Then, log into xbox live and hit your Xbox Guide button. Then, hit enter code and download it.
