This fight was dumb in the sense that he fought margarito ( which wasnt even ranked at 154 ) and he fought em at 150 FoR A VACANT TITLE. Pacquiao needs to beat the main guy in the division to be a legit champion. Yeah hes got belts in 8 divisions but hasnt been champ in 8 divisions. He needs to conquer 147 (beat floyd) and 154 (beat sergio)

@Jonezaay I guess it is a matter of opinion then because I only had one round even close and I might have scored it for Margarito it was the 5th or 6th round and it was the only round that was not a white wash in total punches landed but even in that round Manny was never out of control of the fight and I gave every round to Manny.
Manny is busier than Floyd, has a better defence than people give him credit for, hits harder than Floyd (according to Mosley), and I think is more technical (a more adaptive fighter). Manny beats Floyd for me, but it would be amazing to see. I think it would go to points, with Manny taking the points win.

He may have won the first fight in rounds by 3 rounds but it is a draw because he was knocked down 3 times, I actually had many 115 to 113 in that fight. But I don't know how you could argue that the rounds are close enough in all three fights for the most part with a few exceptions that to say that it means he dominated the fight is ignorant.

@Mr9mm4u Yeah I like the agressor if I think he is being effective, I have never scored a FMJ fight against him though and he is rarely the aggressor. I watched his fights with Castillo recently and Castillo landed many more punches in the first fight and I had it a draw.

@allthingsarelikethis Well, its hard to say. See, Pac challenged Cotto for his 147 pound belt but Cotto couldn't even weigh in at 147. I think he weighed in at 145 or 144. Therefore Cotto was weight drained and weak. Floyd is goin up to 154 to fight Cotto. Cott is strong at 154. But I still see Floyd winning easy. He probably won't drop Cotto or devastate Cotto the way Pac did, but Floyd isn't an aggresive KO puncher like that. But I still see Floyd winning easy.

I think Floyd will win almost every round, I don't see Cotto matching up well in terms of style and Floyd hits harder than people think and they are clean shots, Cotto may go down in the fight but I don't see a KO happening.

Punch stats are nice but they don't always tell you who won the fight, and again who won these fights varies depending on who you ask, again it is an OPINION, can you dig?

JMM was aggressive that time. and it was more than enough to make up his mind and change his game plan all through the rest of the rounds and matches. JMM learned that he is only good at counterpunching and not good in offense.
JMM's worst performance (offensive-wise) was when he fought Mayweather. He was obliged to do offense(which he is not good at) cause he was down in the early round.

This fight was dumb in the sense that he fought margarito ( which wasnt even ranked at 154 ) and he fought em at 150 FoR A VACANT TITLE. Therefore Cotto was weight drained and weak. Floyd is goin up to 154 to fight Cotto. Cott is strong at 154. But I still see Floyd winning easy. He probably won't drop Cotto or devastate Cotto the way Pac did, but Floyd isn't an aggresive KO puncher like that. But I still see Floyd winning easy.

JMM was aggressive that time. and it was more than enough to make up his mind and change his game plan all through the rest of the rounds and matches. JMM learned that he is only good at counterpunching and not good in offense.
JMM's worst performance (offensive-wise) was when he fought Mayweather. He was obliged to do offense(which he is not good at) cause he was down in the early round.

Pacquiao dodged Mosley, Margarito, Cotto, De La Hoya and Hatton, and waited for them all to be beaten, or look washed up before Pacquiao fought any of them-fact.
